I had a really bad experience They not help to Spanish community How They says in Their advertising in spanish. I Decided to Put This note Because They started to advertise on Spanish TV and I Witnessed them being lousy. If you are hispanic I do not recommend them. Tube very bad experience with them, they do not help the Hispanic community as they say in their advertising in Spanish. I decided to put this note because they began to put advertising on TV in Spanish and I am a witness that are terrible. If you are Hispanic I do not recommend them.

Warning: siegfreid and jensen is the walmart of lawyer. After signing on and after four months of calling and emailing i was told my case had been passed from 3 lawyers all of whom were no longer with the firm. And my case was servely damaged due to not having their advice to build the case properly and see the right doctors for documentation. After a year they settled the case for one fifth of what doctors and anotjer lawyet had told me it should be. Additional i now have permant disabity which i didnt get $ for becausr the case was already damaged by them and wantrd to settle it quickly. I only once spoke with a lawyer, afterwards when i complained...turns out the person i had be dealing with was their assistant. When i tried to discuss my issues with the lawyer Brad i was yelled at, told i dont need to hear this, i know who u r and ur case...it was aweful. Siegfreid and Jensen makes it worse turning u into a victim further, and abusing u with their conduct and neglect

When my husband died of cancer and the insurance company was not paying the bills that they were supposed to, Sigfried and Jensen took our case and researched the company extensively. I was confident they could help me after the first visit. They found out we were not the only one the company had done this too. After about three years, we were able to settle out of court. Mark Taylor and his staff were wonderful.They were caring and supportive to me during this time and kept me updated on everything that was happening. They answered any questions I had. I highly recommend them if you need a competent, trustworthy company with high standards who will do a amazing job for you.

This is the experience we had with Sigfried and Jensen law firm. In the initial interview, our attorney gathered information from us about the car accident we were in, caused by a drunk driver. From that point on, Sigfried and Jensen literally took over all the worries and technicalities of our lawsuit. They gathered all the information from our hospital, several doctors, plus worked with the insurance companies. They returned our calls promptly. Our attorney, Randy, was very efficient and thorough, and saw that all medical expenses and car repairs were paid in full. It was a great relief for us to know that we were in good hands with Sigfried and Jensen.

The Customer service is terrible, and they do no answer their phone, and they say they step away from the office 2 seconds after I call them. They are giving the run around for someone I know and they are not actually fighting for him. I feel this company only does what is good for them. Find someone who will actually care about you. The receptionist has a bad attitude and they apparently only have 1 phone line. Good luck with this company. If I could give them no stars I would.

Siegfried and Jensen is a high quality firm. If you want a professional team on your side after an injury, choose them. I was seriously injured riding my road bike because of the negligence of another. Randy Payne, Esq. of S&J handled my case. He worked carefully and methodically to gather evidence, document third party opinion and videotape testimony before crafting a demand letter. The insurance company responded very quickly, agreeing to an out of court settlement.

They are so big, you really do feel like a number. As my settlement looked like it might be smaller they lost interest. No one reaches out or even seems interested if my pain levels are better. Not a word for almost 2 weeks. When you are down and struggling from an injury, physical and financial, it becomes even more difficult when this is your treatment. Cant help but feel i might have made a mistake. Hope to be able to change this opinion by the time we are done.

Our attorney way Great. Communication by our legal team was excellent. Always kept us in the loop and called us with the stays of where our case was often. However, the attorney fees and amount taken out of our settlements was a lot more than expected. About 50%, when initially we were led to believe (verbally) it would be around 25% however after reviewing the contract (we signed) it seems to be legitimate. Nonetheless we were happy with the service we received.

I waited 8 months for these guys to settle a wreck case with State Farm. Only talked twice to an actual attorney. On top of that there first offer was $2,600 for a wreck that was in the hosiptial twice and had mri done as well for my back. The overall experience was not professional at all. My final offer was $6,500 which barely paid for my lost wages for 3 weeks off. I will not go there again and telling everyone I know how bad they suck!
