When it was time to sell my home the realtor pointed out some water damage that had happened years before. I got a quote to replace some of the wood flooring, shave it down and stain it, but the Famers estimator thought a more thorough job should be done. Farmers got a quote 2.5X greater than mine and had all the work done with little hassle for me - they even paid for the dry wall repair that was done years before, whose cost and receipt I did not have and could not remember. I felt they were on my side all the way. It was a very refreshing and wonderful experience!

Scott “Whitey” is always available to help me with my insurance needs. I hit a deer and all I had to do ring him up and he took care of the whole matter and even made an appointment for me to get my truck fixed. Then a bird hit my windshield and next thing I know the windshield fixer guys were in my driveway fixing my windshield! He even helped me with the purchase of my most recent car! His customer service is amazing. He’s the best insurance guy I’ve ever had and he’s a handsome man too!!
