My refrigerator and freezer completely stop working. My first though is 1200.00 to buy another one. Then my freezer started leaking water. I call A and J Service at 10:00 Friday night. Someone answered on the first ring. He help me to locate the water shut off over the phone to stop the leak. I was very grateful for that. He schedule me from 12-3pm Saturday the next day. The repairman Cody was in my area early so he came right over by 10:00am my fridge was fixed. It needed a new Computer board which the technician had in his truck. He was neat and quick and my problem was resolved in 15 minutes. The total cost for the labor and the computer board was 315.00. I thought that was a fair price and I felt I was not hassled or over charged. Plus it saved me from have to spend over 1000.00 to buy a new one. I would use A and J Service again and I would recommend it for any one who needs a repair. Quick, Honest, Professional and Cost Effective.

Had these guys out on 3/18/2015 for a sound my oven was making . A tech named Tony came out with a young helper (roughly 18). Was very bossy and talking down to the helper making . My wife called me on the phone so he could explain the issue and what he explained was that in his option my oven was jerry rigged and that he could not do anything but nothing was wrong with it.

I was a first time caller to A&J the other day. I was having a dishwasher / disposal issue and Tony gave me some great advice. I did what he told me to do and the problem was solved. Much to my surprise, he even called me back a day later to check on my progress. This kind of friendly service from a local company was awesome!
