Where to start? Beginnings are good places to start, I suppose, but why not some commentary first? I’m pretty sure everyone knows by now that We Care Heating and Air (WCHaA from here on out) is fairly highly recommended for your heating and cooling needs. The other 5-star reviews pretty much sum it up, but for the sake of adding to it, I’ll recount my own experience with them if anyone is interested. We have been having some issues with our heat pump and air handler for a few months now. It’s a 15+ year old Bryant unit, so it is to be expected that some nursing and coaxing would be needed to limp it along just a little while longer. This is especially true when you have a home warranty that will do nothing but pay for repairs instead of replacements. *Note: WCHaA doesn’t generally mess with home warranty companies because of lost profits. Certainly don’t blame them for that. America’s Preferred Home Warranty works a little differently though, so we were able to make it work. Anyway, the guys at WCHaA came out a couple of times to do some minor repairs/assessments on this old unit. The last time they came out, it was a leaking coil and the recommendation was made that it would be worthwhile to consider replacing the system. This is where the owner, Matt, comes in. He took the time to come out that same evening, explain our options, and discuss pricing. He didn’t leave until after 9:00 because of my waffling over which system to settle on. He was patient and even laughed at my jokes, terrible as they were. We mulled it over and decided to take the plunge if only for peace of mind for the next 10+ years. We ended up with an XR17 TAM7 system that was to be installed just a few days later. What would we do in the meantime? Roast away at night until they could get to us? Sleep outside where it was cooler than inside? Nope! They came and charged our current system with some reclaimed refrigerant to keep us cool until it could be replaced. Talk about service! Thanks Josh! And the crew that came out to install the new system was awesome too. Jacob and his guys were courteous, friendly, and professional. Jacob took the time to provide updates on progress, explain the differences between the new and old systems, and show me what was being/had been done throughout the install. These are some hardworking individuals! Were it me in the attic swapping out the air handler, I would have knocked off at 10:00AM and told you I’d come back sometime in winter… The install was clean too! There’s only one little thing that I would say could use a little improvement. Communication could be ever so slightly better. Would have liked to been kept abreast of where we were in queue a little more, but that’s a minor complaint that doesn’t detract from the 5-star review at all. So, yeah, I’d encourage you to call WCHaA with all of your HVAC needs.

The only reason I went with We Care was because I have heard nothing but good things about them from 3 individuals over the last year (plus I see the pink trucks and trailers all the time all over the county). So when my AC went out I called. First off Ms Santana is the first and only person I have talked to whenever I have called (very pleasant voice, attitude and professional), she is Johnnie on the spot, anything I asked about she answered (very knowledgeable) and she was very accommodating with scheduling appointments. The second person was Josh the salesman, great personality, very personable and extremely knowledgeable about the Trane product line. In my opinion he didn’t try to oversell anything, he sized my existing system, my wife and I told him what we disliked about our existing 17 year old American Standard system. Which by the way served us well (but really loud fan, always had to turn the TV up when the fan came on). Josh helped us decide what was best for us, our house and within our means. The third person was the installer Darius and his two underlings, they were the best, and you could easily tell they were pros at what they did. They tirelessly worked to dismantle my old leaking rust bucket of an air handler and heat pump. And with care install my new units. When complete you couldn’t tell they were ever there, they kept a very clean and organized work area, and they hauled off everything they didn’t use my trash can for the stuff they swept up off the floor. When done Darius walked my wife and me through the entire system and explained everything we as new owners should know about the system and its workings. Of note there was some existing damage to one of the supply lines and one of the return lines was kinked, Darius replaced the damaged part and resealed it on the supply line, and rerouted the return line to remove the kink. What I didn’t realize was that Darius checked all of the supply and return lines from the handler to the individual registers (I thought that was well over and above of what was required of an installer). Those guys were great and if I am ever asked for an opinion or recommendation you guys have got it. I believe you get what you pay for and I feel I came out ahead on this deal. By the way the fan on the air handler is so quiet on high that you have to specifically be listening for it to hear it.

We built our home new almost five years ago. Since that time, we have had problems with our heating and cooling. Our builder was awesome and spent thousands of dollars extra to attempt to correct the problems with a moldy smell we would get coming through the vents. They had the original HVAC company come out and two other companies to no avail. We honestly had given up hope on getting the random moldy smell out of our home due to it only happening in the summer when it was humid outside. Recently, our A/C stopped working all together and then it started leaking on our ceiling! At this point, we were basically at a loss as to what to do. I called TRANE directly for warranty information and refused to use anyone who had touched our unit previously. They gave us the information for We Care Heating & Air and indicated they were an authorized retailer. They gave us several steps to do to claim the warranty repair, one being to get three quotes. We Care was the first company to come out and actually tell us they would deal with TRANE directly and warranty our HVAC unit! Not only were they fast, they fixed our unit and we have A/C and no smell! In almost five years, we have had this smell and it is GONE! The owner as well as other staff contacted us personally and worked with us and told us exactly what they were doing with TRANE and the status. It was an AMAZING experience and we will definitely use them in the future. We cannot describe how grateful we are for such great customer service even when they were not the original installers and our repair was covered under warranty. If you are questioning who to use for any of your HVAC needs, please do not question it any longer. They have changed our home into one that is smell free and has GREAT A/C! Thank you We Care Hearing and Air for helping our family enjoy our home even more!

We had ran into some air condition issues the past couple of years and on Saturday August 22, 2015 it finally took a dump on us. Our home was built in 1999 and the original unit did its job but was no where near top of the line. I have known Matt Collins personally for over 10 years and he has always been a good friend, I knew he had started We Care so as soon as we realized it was time to replace the unit he was the first person to come to mind. I sent Matt a message on Facebook Saturday evening to let him know we might need a new unit, he responded immediately and was at our home in less than 24 hours to check out what was going on with the unit. He explained to my wife and I that it was time to replace our unit and offer to install an upgraded Trane unit that would out perform our current one, the quote was very reasonable and he told us he would have it installed by Tuesday August 25. It was extremely hot and my wife was eight months pregnant at the time so we were very grateful he was able to get us on the schedule so fast. Tuesday morning Zach Collins showed up ready to knock out the job and the unit was completely installed and running before 3 P.M. We received an excellent customer experience, everyone we worked with at We Care was polite and professional. Thank you all for the help during the hot summer month of August. Thanks Matt for continuing to be a good friend, congratulations to the new family edition and best of luck in the future. Sincerly, Sven and Jaime Burrell

Since the very first time contacting We Care Heating and Air our family has had an exceptional experience. From the owners all the way to the office and installation crew (Amy, Darius, Jeremiah) I could not have asked for a better air conditioning company. The company talked us through the entire process from would need to be repaired on our old unit all the way to what units would be most efficient with our size home. We ended up purchasing a new Trane air conditioner from them and are amazed of how well it works. While we waited for our new Trane unit to arrive the company (Amy especially) brought us small "roll around" units to keep our home cool until they could install the new unit. The install went flawless from start to finish (over 11 hours) with zero complaints or issues from Darius or Jeremiah. They ensured that the family new what they were doing and what they were installing. They even took their time to answer our neighbors questions during the install. Simply amazing. I would/will/have recommended this company to all my friends, family and anyone else that would like to know. They stand behind their work from the office staff, installers and the owners, top to bottom. Thank you very much We Care Heating and Air.

I Can not say enough GREAT things about this company!! We Care is owned by good people and they hire good people. They have been to our home many times in the last couple months, trying to help us patch up Ole Reliable. We have a dinosaur system and just kept adding band-aids to prevent that hard hit a new system is to the pocketbook. It finally came time to invest in that new unit and Matt was thorough in his explanation of what we needed. Two of his excellent service techs, Josh Ussery and Zach Wilder, were at the house early Saturday morning and worked diligently all day to ensure the installation was done and done correctly. They were very clean and well dressed and knowledgeable of the parts and unit. Josh took the extra time to explain to me how our awesome new Trane thermostat worked and made sure I was set up to utilize every feature it offered. I can say without doubt that We Care Heating and Air hires the most Professional acting and looking, Trustworthy, Friendly, and Caring Service Technicians in the middle GA area. So to recap... New TRANE A/C unit = lots of Benjamins Air Tight seal on air ducts = more Benjamins The work being done be We Care = PRICELESS

They were alright i guess.... Im kidding they were straight to the point no BS, extremely quick and efficient installation all the while taking every second i needed to steal from them (Justin Nixon and Crew) (and Josh Nixon on the initial visit and quote) to answer all my questions and explain in detail all my options on the budget i had. They sold me on a brand new system but at least i didnt feel lke it was pushed on me or overmarketed to me instead allowed me to explore other options but explained to me like they were in the same boat instead of just being a sale. Knew these guys professionally before WE CARE and nothing but good to say then and definately now too. Financing is what ultimately sold me on a system i couldnt afford. Justin and Josh were extremely knowledgable in addition to the first service tech (cant remember his name) but they all acted like the wanted to be there, were fast and efficient, and everyone had an answer for every question (thought i had some good ones) i threw at em. Need a sixth or seventh googlestar to fill for these guys.. Keep up the good work guys!!! Neil W.
