At 7:30 AM i realized my home was flooded. I had never filed a home insurance claim before. At 8 AM I called my insurance agent, she told me to call First Response. I immediately called them and they were at my house before 9 AM. While i tried to not panic Robby Acker assured me he would take care of it and make everything right again. Justin and Austin brought in fans and dehumidifiers and started cleanup. They were always smiling, positive and willing to help. Robby was a tireless advocate with the insurance claim adjuster. He made sure i knew what was happening, what was going to happen and how long it would take. When repairs were approved he was true to his word. Everyone sent to my home from First Response (John, Arlene, Lauren, Kim, Justin, Austin, Richie and Ronnie) was prompt, professional, patient, kind and efficient. Lauren was as gentle with my posessions as if they were all priceless. I was treated as if I were family and my home as if it was theirs. Any questions I had, whether early morning or late evening, were answered immediately and with no sense of agitation. I could not have been treated with more patience, respect and kindness. When finished Shannon came to just see if there was anything else they could do for us. I can honestly say this company and its representatives are the epitome of true customer care and service. I have no complaints whatsoever with them from start to finish. I pray i never have another emergency such as this, but i am confident in recommending First Response to anyone for any repairs big or small. They were such a blessing to me and my family. If you want the very best for your home repair, definitely call First Response.

We had an apartment fire in January 2014 and called this company to clean our furniture and belongings (non-textile). While they did a reasonable job cleaning some of the furniture, much of it still had large amounts of soot in the corners/crevices and they did not clean the leaf of my dining room table at all (and they knew it had a leaf because it was expanded when they arrived). Worst of all they stole my Nintendo DS with about 15-20 games and about 10 X-box and Wii games. However they claimed to have no record of these items. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND DENY EVER HAVING THE ITEMS! Would give zero stars if I could. How much did I pay to have my stuff stolen? Over $5,000.

Recently I discovered a water leak in the hot water line in the crawl space under our house. The water had soaked the subflooring and mold had grown and spread, covering a good sized area under the house. Even though it was after normal working hours, First Response Services came out and started the process of drying everything out. First Response Services contacted our insurance company and explained the process to them and us and made sure we received the services necessary to rectify the problems. First Response did a really outstanding job of remediation and repair when our hot water supply line split very unexpectedly. Even though it was late in the evening they responded in less than one hour and started cleanup and water and steam remediation immediately. They began floor repair planning and appliance removal the next morning. They were even able to track down an exact match for our two year old flooring. The repair workmanship was excellent. You cannot even tell that the floor had been repaired. We have use other disaster repair firms and I can tell you that First Response is absolutely the best!

What a rip off. charged almost $4,000 to dry out a water leak from our frig. When we pulled up our floors there was still water. Listed on our bill that they had done things like moving our stove which was not done. would think twice before wasting your money
