From start to finish it took 3 months to get Advanced Exteriors to complete the job they started. They would commit to a day to show up to continue to work and would not show up. I believe this happened on 24 separate occasions. Since their work on the house, I have had to fix three of the gutters that they put up, because they have fallen off the house. They also did some work on replacing the cover on the deck and they put up warped wood. They originally stated that they would be using a material that would closely match the color of the house, which of course they did not. On top of the warped wood, they never painted the wood to match the house. However, the shingles that they put on the roof of the house seem to be holding up and we have not had any leaks. The other item to note is that when I called the company or project manager they were not very responsive. When I did get a response there seemed to be quite a bit of confusion on why people were not showing up to complete the job. The standard answer seemed to be that their employees were confused and went to work on the wrong house.

UPDATE: Advanced exteriors helped me get a new roof! They were able to convince my insurance company to total my roof. My new roof went on in one day, I had my electrical service updated, and the entire process only took a few weeks! My new roof looks so good, my neighbors have already signed with AE, and they were approved by their insurance company as well! They really took care of me! They handled all of the details to provide me with great new windows and finish work in record time, at an unbelievable value! I had no headaches at all, and the installation process only took a few days. Their staff is knowledgeable, trustworthy and fun to work with.

Advanced Exteriors installed my new roof and blown-in attic insulation. I was very impressed with courteous and professional demeanor of the crew and the office staff. They are organized, extremely fair, honest, easy to work with and finished the projects in a timely manner. Plus, they helped me deal with my insurance company for the roof replacement in a manner that totally took all of the hassle out of the experience! If I ever need any more work done to my house I will definitely call them again! I highly recommended to anyone needing a roofing or insulation contractor and will be calling them back for my windows!

The people at Advanced Exteriors are great! They gave us a quote, worked with my insurance company for proper payment amounts, GOT A PERMIT, came out and completely re-sheathed the roof with new wood, installed high quality shingles & edging cleaned up, inspected the roof for quality THEN, set a ladder up for the city building inspector to look the job over! AND, they discovered a problem with some of the vents on my house and corrected those! They went over and above to "MAKE IT RIGHT! Incredible service rarely received from companies in the sector! Well done Brendan!

Called for free inspection. The inspection was not done thoroughly and talking with other neighbors. The inspector took quick peak and wrote out minor repairs then asked for the insurance paper work to compare. Did not allow the inspector to see the insurance documents and inspector Gary Irwin states he will not leave documents and will not do business. Needless to say this is the 2nd inspector from this company that came out wasted my time and will not do as expected of them. Very unprofessional and very rude. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY>

They were a good company to work with in repairing hail damage to our roof and windows. The initial insurance adjustment came in with some damage not listed. Advanced Exteriors met with the insurance adjuster and showed them the damage not included in the initial report. The insurance payment was then revised. The repairs were all taken care of and we are happy with the experience we had with them. There are a lot of roofers out there but we managed to find a good general contractor in Advanced Exteriors.

these so called "oh so great company" is just a another company on my scammer list, i did sign contract, i did call within my 3 days(actually second day),no return calls, office didnt answer, so for 4 days calls messages after messages,no return calls from 3 different people,now i get a letter saying i violated contract,and owe them close to 900.00 dollars,,,still making phone calls with the same answer" we will call you back!this is day 4!beware,beware,beware

Our house was damaged by a hail storm. Our salesman was vary helpfull in walking us through every step of the insurance claim. They fought hard to get us everything that our insurance company owed for. Advanced ended up putting on a roof and gutters and we didnt pay a dime. Over all a great company.

Hotel owners in Estes Park Colorado and the Front Range need to be very cautious when doing business with this company. There work is not the best and they do not stand by there work. Be careful.
