We selected Lee Reed for our home and car primarily for two reasons. The first reason was that they could offer coverage with very competitive rates. Secondly, is the ability of the staff’s exceptional customer service to its customers. Good customer service is when a company meets the customer’s expectations. Exceptional customer service is when a company exceeds the customer’s expectations. The staff at Lee Reed Insurance has always provided exceptional customer service, thank you.

We found Lee Insurance when we bought a park model in Florida two years ago. Had already seen another firm, when a neighbor said you really need to check on Lee Reed Insurance. The facts are: Reeds staff was friendlier and more eager to help than the first firm. Also, the prices for what we had insured were more reasonable by a lot. I love LEE REE INSURANCE, and have been a loyal customer for more than two decades; however, once again I received e-mail addressed to myself and my husband even though repeatedly I have told the staff at the office he is deceased going on two years now.
