Beginning with the first phone call to LenAire (fielded by Jillian), I received excellent customer service. Each LenAire representative that I spoke to or met with was friendly, concerned, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Through each step of the process to determine the existing situation through to the actual installation of a new unit, I received timely return phone calls, feedback/explanations, and updates from Jillian, Samantha, and Leonard. When the weather turned colder than I had expected, it only took a phone call to schedule the installation of the new unit a week earlier (on Christmas Eve Day). I was kept informed of the time to expect Patrick and Cody. They arrived at the expected time and did exceptional work. The new unit was larger than the previous one which required modifications to the existing wall space. No one would ever know by looking at the wall that the space was once smaller than it is now. I am satisfied with the service and product provided by LenAire and will recommend them to others.

Tried to rip me off! My A/C went out in the beginning of summer and I called LenAire to come take a look. After an hour of diagnostics the technician (who was on the phone constantly and did not seem to know what he was doing) came back and said my condenser was shot and I will have to replace my whole unit. The unit is relatively new so I was uncomfortable paying over 6K off the cuff. I decided do some research and get a second opinion. I then called Brooks Heating and A/C. They showed up promptly and the technician was very knowledgeable. He stepped me through everything he was doing and taught me a lot of things about my A/C unit. He found that a safety switch would have to be replaced. A $250 fix versus a over $6000 fix! I have since purchased a service contract with Brooks and have had them service my system. My unit has worked great throughout the summer. I wanted to make sure before writing this review but I could not be happier with the decision I made. Be careful when using this company.

I work at Northpoint community church, we had a a/c unit go down in the middle of a Bible study class at night. I called LenAir the next morning and the lady said that the tech was booked for the day but she would see if she could work me in, about an hour later she called and said the tech was on the way. In a very short time the tech arrived and ask me which unit. I took him to the unit and he started work. In a little while the tech came to me and said he found the problem and showed me several burnt wires, i authorized the repair and it was repaired very quickly. The tech was in uniform, very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable , he told me he was finished, did the paperwork. I was well pleased with the price. Dale is an exceptional technician and i will request him in all future repairs.

When Marcus showed up I was greeted with a hand shake and a name. He was very professional and honest. I knew he was honest because he told me some things I had been told by other companies. He gave me his opinion on what I should do and that meant me not spending unnecessary money at the moment. My service fee will be applied to future work that I will have them do. Marcus is a good guy. We were able to have a friendly conversation outside of a/c repair and I think he is a big asset to LenAire. Marcus, the staff and the owner of LenAire are a reflection of how a business should operate. As a Business Development Director, I highly recommend this company and hope God continues to bless them.

Everyone at LenAire made a bad situation bearable and quite pleasant. They bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. The technicians were swift, very knowledgeable and seemed dedicated to the company and giving excellent customer service. A rare comodity nowadays. Leonard the owner, came by to check on the progress and make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recomend them to anyone who has a problem with there h/vac systems. Had problems with our ac unit and called LenAire to service our unit’s issues. They sent Dale out who was one of the most knowledgeable technicians I have ever met. He took his time and explained everything to me as he went. He was respectful and pleasant to talk to. Showed me things about my ac unit I really never knew. He did a wonderful job and the ac unit which is as old as the house was running perfect. If you need a tune up or maintenance on your ac units there is no other person or company to call but Dale and LenAire. He is a military veteran as well. Very pleased with the service I got.

Great experience with Lenaire. Our air went out a while back and we determined that we needed a new system. Went with Lenaire because a friend of mine is one of their techs. Jeremiah and Ryan showed up or promptly that morning ready for the install. Left them there as I went to work and got a call that afternoon that they were done. Showed up and everything was clean and done very professionally with attention to detail. Jeremiah was very thorough; checked freon levels multiple times before he left, checked the furnace, and went over everything with me. Very courteous and very clean.

After the flood the water may be gone but the pain and hurt along with all the damage is still there, but thanks to Lenaire,Inc and their professional and quick response ,when i could get no one else to come out ,LenAire was there..the courteous service pro Mr Marcus H. took the pain away and got us up and running within an hour ! it was so great that Lenaire was there when we needed help ! I will always use this company for all my Heating and Air Conditioning needs so if you want fast reliable service from a perfect service provider with fair pricing ,you should use LenAire, Inc.

Had a great phone call with Jillian who offered me a special offer with a 69.99 maintenance service. Made the choice to schedule an appointment and Marcus, a great guy, came by to do the work. Everything was great and honestly I expected some type of catch. Surprisingly there wasn’t a catch or any pressure to up sell any other services from the Technician. Neaman and Cody installed a new crossover air duct today and they were very pleasant and very informative on what they had to do under my house. They arrived on site and I met with then and they explained what was going to take place and then they started work. When they had completed their work and cleaned up the area, I was given the paper work and they again went over every detail with me. Both men were very professional with their work. Looking forward to working with these two men in the future. Thanks for a job well done.

Very pleased! I called mid-day and they had someone there in just over an hour. Steve was great and trustworthy! My furnace is 4 years old so it would not be a surprise for my system failure to be because of some type of broken part. I was able to look up the code that was flashing on the circuit board and according to the code, I had a bad pressure switch. Luckily it was only a clogged vacuum line for the pressure switch. Steve could have easily taken advantage and charged me more. Looks like I have a new HVAC company.

We have used Len-aire for years to service our AC/ heating units, and have been very pleased. Marcus was recommended by a friend, and we ask for him exclusively as we have been impressed with his professionalism and warm personality. He has always been very thorough in his service, informing us of all issues, major and minor, having to do with our system. After another company did more damage doing my "repair" we called LenAire. Their tech, Marcus,came out that afternoon. We did have to wait till the next morning for him to get the parts (their parts department would be closed by the time he got there). Marcus was back here first thing next morning. He completed the repair, was friendly and professional and we could not be happier. Even though the repair was more involved than the original "repair", the total cost was still less than the first one.

I called this company on a whim, after a simple Google search provided me with their information. My call was answered promptly and a technician dispatched within an hour to my location. Marcus was my technician and I was astounded with his professional attitude and seemingly boundless knowledge of every facet of his profession. LenAire contacted my husband on Tues, 22 Dec to let me know they were sorry for the delay and would like to "winterize" our heating/A/C system and could do so on Wed, 23 Dec. This worked on our timeline and Dale came out at the agreed upon time and was friendly and quick as he checked our system. He went through all the results with us in an easy to understand fashion. Overall, we continue to be very impressed by LenAire since we had them install our system in 2012.

He went over the 21 Point Check List with me and answered all my questions as this is a new home for me. He also explained other services that I could take advantage of. Absolutely love this company! Very friendly and truly care about their customers needs. I felt like a priority from the time I called the office to state my issues with my A/C unit to the time my technician left. Jordan did a great job determining the course of action and returned 2 weeks later as we discussed to find where my system was leaking and finished the job. Patrick and Jeremiah came and redid the duct work in our office for us. The front part of the building was cold in the winter and hot in the summer. One of the offices was hot all the time. After they completed the work the issues were resolved. They also serviced our units that had mildew all over the inside due to back pressure in the duct work. They cleaned all the mildew up. Highly recommend them.

We hired LenAire to repair our AC unit this summer and they had the best price and customer service in town. We purchase a plan and they just stopped by to do a tune up on our heater. Jordan had great customer service skills and was very knowledgable when I asked any questions. He checked our heating system and made sure everything is working properly.
