The lines can become lengthy as there are not a lot of locations. But once assisted they are very nice and professional. They have great rates, loans and almost anyone can be approved. They have 24 hour telephone service, unlike other banks, and are efficient. I would highly recommend Navy Federal.

Never had a problem with this NFCU location. I do have significant deposits and savings here. I do my personal banking and other investing here also. Most everyone I have dealt with have been very professional and great.
