Texas Prime Insurance has provided me and my family with auto and home insurance coverage for years. The staff is knowledgeable and provides first class customer service. For example, my wife and I were purchasing a vehicle one evening and the finance representative at the dealership requested a copy of my insurance policy. Mind you, it was about 7:00 PM. Texas Prime Insurance promptly delivered a copy of my policy to the dealership. The finance representative was shocked and could not believe that my insurance agent was so receptive to my needs. I refer all of my business associates, family, and friends to Texas Prime Insurance. I recently was advised to shop around for home insurance coverage as the individual handling the refinance of my home thought I was paying too much. I inquired with GEICO and other local agencies. Texas Prime Insurance was substantially more affordable and provided premium coverage relative to the others.

I have been insured with Bound Insurance for a very long time now. So long I have built a personal relationship with the owners. They always make sure my coverage is adequate. I own a business so I get business insurance advise on a regular basis. The owners are always there and this helps a lot. I insure my home, auto, business, and malpractice insurance with these guys. They definitely offer top of the line service. By the way, their office is also a nice and welcoming place to visit.

These guys are great! I have been insured with them for many years. They work with different auto insurance company so they always have the best rate. When I first started with them, I was through Travelers Insurance, but then a few years ago they offered me a better rate through Progressive Insurance. They did all the shopping for me. They are super friendly and I can always get in touch with them. They offer great professional advice and they are super easy to work with. Thanks!

When I first moved to Austin years ago I wanted to find someone local that could help me with my auto insurance. Texas Prime Insurance set me up with my Progressive auto policy. I just purchased a boat and when i called my agent at Texas Prime Insurance he bundled my auto and boat with Progressive saving me a ton of money on both the auto and the boat policies. Both experiences were great. I would recommend this agency to anyone.

Not only did they give me the best rate, they also had the best customer service out of all agencies I called. Initial setup took but 10 minutes on the phone and everything was set to go instantly. When I have called in since then to add/change cars, takes like 3 minutes on the phone. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and quick. Love them and highly recommend to all.

Great place to get auto insurance! Since I started shopping for new car insurance, this was a one stop shop. The team that assisted and helped me were great. They have great deals and rate with Progressive Insurance and Travelers. Some of the exceptions and money saving options helped out, as we all know that auto insurance is very competitive. 5 stars all the way!

I love that these guys are tech savy, but at the same time I can meet with them locally. By the way, they saved me $300 on my auto insurance by switching me to Progressive Auto Insurance.
