Our company buys rental houses. Recently, we were going to closing on a house and realized we had forgotten to arrange for insurance. I met with Kelly immediately and within 30 minutes I had a new policy (effective the next day – our closing day) and knowledge on the different types of insurance needed for the various “stages” of business – renovation stage, renting stage and when unoccupied.
