Jason was a fantastic attorney. We have used him for two FSBO sales and the buying agents cited the quality of the document preparation as one of the key reasons they decided to submit an offer. We have also used Jason on a recent house purchase and I really really wish I had involved him sooner. Jason will undoubtedly save you money. He was at turns an excellent counselor and a therapist, but always the only person who is YOUR true advocate. There are few if any people I would endorse in most real estate transactions, but I highly endorse and recommend Jason. If you are considering any real estate purchase or sale it will pay dividends for you to call him sooner rather than later.
