Charlie is really a good lawyer, from any perspective. He always keeps contact with me and let me acknowledged about the progress of my case. My shoplifting charge really bothers me for a whole year, and force me cannot focus on my family and career. Charlie offers me valuable advices, and even helps me with my immigration issues facing this criminal charge. My case finally went to a jury trial, and got a “NOT GUILTY” verdict. Charlie has prepared pretty good for the defense and cross-examinations. I really appreciate I get Charlie as my lawyer. He is very responsible and very patient, and, most importantly, really devotes a lot of time to his client’s case individually. He is an exceptional, compared with the other lawyers I have contacted with in the Cincinnati downtown area. He can listen to you without any presumptions, and go through evidences very carefully. The other lawyers just wanna end each case they have quickly, without putting your right on the first place. If you do want find a lawyer really care about your case and help you made the optimum decision, but not to push you to take some plea offers you do not deserve, you should employ Charlie. I promise it will be the wisest decision you are going to made in your whole life.

I had a ongoing case with my employer and I was already with a lawyer that I thought was good for me and my case. I had just had a visit with this lawyer and left very uneasy, unsatisfied and I knew he was not the right one for this. I called that evening expecting to get a voice mail and Charlie answered and we talked and I had an appointment the very next day. Charlie made me feel 100% better about my situation and he believed in me. What made me feel so confident about is that he kept me updated through email, phone and even on the weekend about every step I had to go through. I got myself into an odd situation for which I take full responsibility and needed a quick and complete resolution. Frankly I merely Googled for a Law Firm in the area. Little did I know, I hit the jackpot. Rittgers and Rittgers was the 1st organic result. I called and Mr. Rittigers Sr accepted my call without any hesitation. Ed Perry defended me in a very serious prescription fraud case from 2011, multiple charges over years of bad scripts. Ed convinced the judge, prosecutor and arresting officer to charge me once for all of some 200 offenses. i also miraculously avoided jail time. Perry is a straight-shooter but very approachable. never once did i feel judged by him during my experience...only genuine concern for my freedom as well as my drug treatment. Perry is a very well-spoken, concise communicator. i could always count on a letter from him providing an accurate recount of the hearing.
