Despite the fact that our payment gets sent in on time, it takes them on average 10 days for them to actually cash the check. During the time frame in which they receive the payment and by the time they cash it, they like to send out letters threatening to garnish your wages. We even sent one month certified and it took them 4 days to collect They seem unable to update our current address. Even though we were told to send our change of address and request of an updated balance neither request has been done.

Very rude and nasty 99% of the time. Never once were any of my voicemails or emails returned by Deborah. It took them almost 90 days to fix their mistake with the court document that I had paid off two years prior. It probably would have been fixed earlier had they let me finish what I was saying instead of interrupting me to tell me they did what they were supposed to do. Thank God I will never have to deal with this office again!

After calling the AG to see if this was even legitimate as the letterhead was a copied pdf of an actual letter I contacted Weiner. They are to be sending me a letter confirming our arrangement. If that actually happens we will proceed with payments. Exceptionally unprofessional, basically as others have stated, RUDE. I would not be surprised if the address shown is actually a PO Box.

Horrible customer service very rude and I believe they are crooks I paid my debt in full but they keep saying I owe more money every time I pay off an amount they figure out a way to say I owe more
