What a wonderful and much appreciated service. I was recently tending to my property after the tenants moved out and of course they left behind items that they did not want to move. I too did not want the items! I called 1-800-Got-Junk to inquire about a pick-up. From the time they answered the phone, the customer service representative was very happy, friendly and very willing to assist with scheduling a pick up. Much to my suprise, they were able to come the same day to haul this junk away. The driver and his assistant were very friendly and courteous when they called to confirm the appointment and when they showed up at the time they said they would. This was such a relief to have the items out of my way along with the ability to continue with my plans. If I ever have a need to remove any item that I cannot haul myself, I will be calling 1-800-Got-Junk for assistance. I would recommend this service to anyone that ever asks. Hardly deserve a one star was told on the phone that the base rate was $138 when they got here it went up to $600 for just a few items in the attic and a few things in the shed they said it would take the whole truck which by the way was not as big as they look on tv or advertisements. The drivers called me at 3:30 told me they would be there by 4:15 they arrived at 5 and almost hit my car parked in the driveway. They went up to the attic and one said it is hot up here, I felt like telling him this is part of your job but bit my tongue. On top of it all they asked what I wanted to be removed which I showed them and they thought it was everything in the attic. Then they kept pushing us when we told them to forget it we had no idea it would be that expensive. He quoted a lower price but still too much for what little we had. NEVER EVER WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!

I had some construction debris I needed to eliminate. The person I spoke to on the phone explained all the details and scheduled my appointment for a block of time. Frank called approximately 30 minutes before they arrived to let me know when they would be there. Once the two men arrived, they were dressed professionally and they explained the process to me again to be sure there were no misunderstandings. They did an awesome job of getting as much in the allotted space as they could and cleaned the area so well. They even cleaned the edge of the concrete between the drive and garage. It was well worth the price I paid and I would definitely use them again.

I entered the web site and found a calendar with open dates for pick- ups, not expecting much, I was surprised to get a call the next morning. They verified the date amd the 2 men called and arrived at the correct time. They were pro- fessionally dressed and very pleasant. They took out the items I was getting rid of and asked if they could do anything else for me. I took advantage of that and asked if they would hang two pictures on hangers already on the wall. They said yes and hung them with a smile. I would highly recommend I-Got- Junk and will use them again when I have more junk to move out.

When i called the sanitation dept. to ask if they would pick up a couch and chair mattresses, they said they could pick up the chairs that was all. so i called 1-800-GOT- JUNK, they told me when they would be there, and what time they came on schedule they ask what was mine and they were very professional, cleaned the area good and they were off. no fuss no hassle, a job well done.people they are a godsend when you have to deal with the sanitation dept. The gentlemen who came to our home were very courteous and worked super quickly. they even offered to stop and get us coffee on the way to our house.once they were finished we went through the house to make sure they got everything and to see if there was anything else they needed to take away. We were also really happy with the fact that everything they took that was salvageable was donated to charity instead of just thrown in a dump. Would highly recommend.

I wanted to get rid of a variety of pieces without the hassles of hauling, selling and so on. I went online, and 1-800-GOT-Junk seemed ideal for me. Several things I liked ... they called ahead to give specific arrival time, showed high energy, were careful with the house and the "junk" and were very polite and helpful. As the others have been saying on this site, we received a call and the two men showed up at the appointed time, gave us a quote and explained the process to us. We had a large pile of junk ranging from old kitchen cabinets to old carpeting. They quickly loaded the material and cleaned the area. I definitely will be calling them again when the time comes to clean out the attic.

Two individuals called me prior to arriving and were at my residence at the time the representative set up. Both men were professional, cleanly dressed and very efficient. I booked this on-line. They called ahead of appointment, showed up on-time, filled the entire truck with really heavy difficult-to-move stuff, did not so much as nick a wall, charged what they estimated and were generally polite and professional. This was incredibly easy and a great value.

Did a fine job getting VERY HEAVY, VERY OLD, VERY BIG water heater out of old basement. However .... that commercial they run continuously on WLW with the unhappy? guy voice drives me nuts .... if I listen to Sat and Sun morning WLW radio I hear that same bad commercial like 50 times ...
