Over the 13 years I have lived in Oceanside, I have used three Pest Control Companies - all who claimed to be the best. Of those three I can say without reservations that Antac is truly the best! Other companies I have used started out okay, but thier efforts were noticably lackluster - just going through the motions- as time went on. Since finding Antac Pest Control, I have been very impressed with the personal service I receive from my route technition "Bill" who calls me every time before he arrives, and if I am available takes the time to talk to me about any questions or problems I may have noticed. Like other companies, "Bill" has his regular monthly service, but on the occasions that I have asked to have a subsequent service outside the regular time, the company and "Bill" have always been accomodating - and with a smile! Lately, I have had a very annoying problem with white fly on my hibiscus bushes. For the last six months, "Bill" has made it his personal business to help eradicate the pests. It is not an easy job, and as "Bill" has stated, it will take patience, but he is determined. Other companies I have used, just brushed my concerns aside, and said that there was nothing they could do. "Bill", and Antac are out to prove the other companies wrong! "Bill" is a great technician and represents the company well, but I also have to give kudos to the ladies in the Office. Especially "Sabrina". You know she is busy, but her demeanor instills confidance, and she is never too busy for the customer - if she says she will call you back or follow-up, you can believe it. If I owned a company, and I wanted to hire two of the best customer service representives I could, it would be Sabrina and Bill. Save yourself some time and aggrevation. If you are looking for a Pest Control Company you can trust and have confidence in, look no further than Antac Pest Control.

Several weeks ago, Justin from Antac Pest Control unexpectedly (appointment was canceled with the office folks but the guys in the field did not get the message) showed up at my door to inspect and provide a cost estimate for a bee colony that was rapidly creating a hive within a brick wall in my backyard. Since he was already at the house, I went ahead and allowed him to do the inspection. I got a reasonable quote and right there on the spot, gave Antac the job which took about 20 minutes or so to complete. Since the contract came with a 30-day warranty, Antac was asked to perform a second spray when I found a few bees still hovering around the area. Justin once again came out and did the job. He was professional and got the job done without any issues. It was a good experience overall in working with Antac. I would highly recommend the company to anyone that needs any type of pest control services performed for their home.

So we got antac about 6mths ago.Originally for help for yellow little ants.We ended up signing a contract for a yrs service.They did take care of the ants fully & every tech who has come out to spray every 3mths has been awesome.We recently had another issue involving a bee hive in which a tech was sent out that day.The tech was Justin & was very knowledgable & answered my million questions :) He had great customer service & was very friendly.The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the office staff.We had requested several times a call the day before service & never get them,which then leads to techs having to make return visits to get into our locked backyard.Also weve had the staff say the latest time a tech can arrive is 4 even tho techs work til 6.Its definitely an inconvenience & luckily we dont need to talk to office staff very often.As I said the techs on the other hand are great!

I have used Antac Pest Control for several years. I am extremely happy with the technicians that have serviced my property. Bill M has been servicing our house since the beginning of this year. He is extremely conscientious and thorough. Most importantly, he listens to the requests and remembers at each visit what was asked. I have a large house and Bill took the time to address all issues. He did so much work to be sure nothing was missed. Prior to Bill, Ruben serviced our house in the past couple of year. He was just as careful and thorough as Bill. I would highly recommend Antac Pest Control and appreciate the fact that they accommodate my request to send the same technician each time. Antac is also very reasonable with their pricing. I used another company (Corky’s for a few months) 4 years ago, and I was happy to get back to Antac after a brief interruption.

We are homeowners in Santa Fe Valley. We have been with Antac for many years do to their impeccable service. We were with another pest control company for many years in the past but when it came to our rodent problem they could not do the job. Antac was able to solve our problem the 2nd day of our service. We have not had any bug or ant issues since switching to Antac. Also, Antac technicians are very professional, friendly and well-informed about the services needed to control any pest problems. Our tech. Roger is one of the nicest people I have met. He is not only knowledgeable regarding any pest/rodent issues, but he is very polite and takes his time to explain any concerns you may have. I have recommended Antac to my sister who also lives in the area and she no longer has any ant issues. Before Antac her house and backyard were swarming with ants.

My home has had a multitude of problems with different kinds of pests: ants, bees (three times) and, finally, termites! In all of these instances, this company has provided exceptional service. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. They gave thorough and understandable explanations of what they needed to do and why. Their prices were more than competitive with other local pest control companies. We have had no recurrences of ants or termites. The bees were in three different locations in our home, but each time they eliminated the hive/honeycombs and told us what needed to be done to keep them from returning to that location. I would highly recommend them for any type of pest control!

We have been using Antac since 2012. We had been under siege from Argentine ants for a few years. We could temporarily drive off the tiny invaders using commercial products, but in 2012 they redoubled their efforts and we were overrun. Out of sheer desperation, we called Antac and got an appointment pretty quickly. At the initial appointment, Roger, our knight in shining armor, also walked around our property with us and pointed out small things we could do to help prevent the return of the horde. He has also regularly given us pointers on how to control other pests. Since we have been using Antac, we have not seen a single ant since. All-in-all, we are quite pleased with both Roger and Antac.

I called and received same day service from Marjorie on the phone and Justin going to my rental immediately. He gave me a quote on the job and I have a renter in the home. All accommodations were made to get the bee removal done, dates and time changed and the changes were handled in a most professional way. Repairs are scheduled and due to the rain, an extra house check was made to make sure the roof was covered. A most helpful crew and an added benefit was their thoughtfulness for me as the owner and working with my tenant. I would use your services again and recommend them highly. A most professional company staff for a challenging bee problem! Thank you.

Ray, and his new trainee Alex, stopped by today for our bi-monthly, normal pest control service. As always, Ray and Alex did a wonderful job. They were very thorough in treating for all the normal pests around our home. We have particular problems with field mice, Argentine ants, and spiders. They had a superb treatment process for all 3 of these pests--plus many of the others that are not so obvious. All of the Antac Pest Specialists, that have serviced our home, have always, always been extremely courteous and very responsive in answering our questions, or concerns, we have had regarding pest control. I have used ANTAC for many years now. Once we had our house tented for termites, they have been coming out regularly every two months to spray for ants, put out rat bait traps, clean awnings and eves for webs, dust and any other thing that might be hiding. All technicians that have come to our home have been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We are always contacted the day before a visit telling us that a technician will be coming and reminded to unlock gates, move items away from the house, etc. Thank you ANTAC for your service. We look forward for continued service with them for the foreseeable future.

After a year with another pest control company, we were not sure if anyone would be able to rid us of our ant problem. Our previous company clearly could not find any solution and continued to keep spraying, which we considered to be a big band aid rather than finding a solution to the problem. After we purchased our new home in 2006 we noticed a pest problem beginning on our first summer. We live in a rural canyon area and had a major ant problem. I tried all the store pesticides and not one worked very well. After calling Antac we have not seen one single ant in years. No mess, and no more smell of spray can insecticides. I have referred Antac to my neighbors and friends with the same results. Their technician Roger is the best, he is fast and efficient and does a great job in keeping the pest away. First time customer. The set up process for an initial inspection and spraying was beyond easy. The special they had going at the time was well worth it and affordable! Bill "The Bug Guy" (I just gave him that nickname) was the technician that came out and he was 100% on point! Professional, friendly, knowlegable and happily offered tips and suggestions while fielding my stupid questions....while he was working hard in the SoCal heat! Our family has been using ANTAC for several years and we have been satisfied with the service they have provided. Each time our home is scheduled for service, the technicians ring the doorbell and ask if there are any pest problems they can help treat. The technicians listen when we do tell the them of the one problem with spiders that we had and took care of the problem. For the past year, the technician that has maintained our pest control is Roger. Roger has been kind, courteous, and provided excellent service. We have no complaints with using ANTAC and Roger for pest control.

Antac provides great customer service. Our tech, Roger, is always friendly and information as the pest situation changes seasonally. We have tried many pest control companies and I would highly recommend Antac to anyone looking for assistance for a one-time problem or as part of an ongoing plan to make sure the pests are minimized in your home. We have open space on three sides of our home, which allows for a lot more bugs and animals to easily access our house. With regular Antac service I only see a few creepy crawlies making it into the house each year. A+

Justin showed up on time and determined that what I had was evidence of mice not rats which my insurance does not cover. He did a through examination of my residence and the surrounding area and outbuildings from which he pointed out where mice may be able to enter the home and how they may be moving about. He then presented a trap solution that would not only catch any mice within the residence but also take care of any mice families outside the residence. He was kind, courteous, understanding and knowledgeable, definitely a asset to Antac Pest Control.

Warning: They are by far a horrible company! My HOA in Kensington used them and they contracted their service to another local company, The Fume Team Inc. ! Make a long story short my home was broken into under their watch! No call from Antac Pest Control on what happened. This smells like an inside job. Be careful with them. Then I get a call from the sub-contractor asking me to delete the yelp post! Antac and The Fume Team Inc. have some nerve. Please do your research on both companies before using them. No sympathy for experience!
