I reached out to Walker, Billingsley & Bair after dealing with an injury that I sustained while working. It took me awhile to come to the conclusion that I needed some kind of representation since I felt that I was alone and didn’t feel as if I had the support that I needed when dealing with work comp adjusters and their doctors that I was to see. Once I called Walker, Billingsley & Bair, I was appointed to Erik Bair who listened to me and got me the confidence to move forward with my case. During my time working with Mr. Bair, I felt as if I had someone who I could trust and wasn’t pressured to do anything that I wasn’t confrontable with doing…it was all up to me and even when decisions were being made, I wasn’t persuaded in any way. If anyone is like me, feeling as if you’re betraying your employer when it’s not your fault that you were injured on the job and thinking of obtaining some sort of legal advice; I would say that when obtaining legal counsel, do it sooner than later and you’ll be happy that you did. Even after my case had been resolved, my attorney still gives me the respect that I deserve when I call for a simple question and gives me 100% of his time by following up very quickly on any question that I may have before and after my case.
