I have two herniated discs and scoliosis, so my back pain goes beyond a little discomfort. When I started going to Dr. Simmons I explained my problems and told him how I injured myself (performing deadlift). I was adjusted that day and felt immediate relief. Dr. Simmons offered a great deal of advice on what exercises to avoid in the gym and how to build strength and stay active. I strongly recommend him for anyone who is active, wants to stay fit or is experiencing any level of pain. I consistently feel immediate relief and have been able to increase my activity level and live a highly active life. Thank you, Dr. Simmons for helping to keep my spine healthy.

Dr. SIMMONS helped my son tremendously. The sports medicine Doctor put my son in a lumbar brace for six months for what was claimed to be a pars defect.It did not help.I then brought him to Doctor SIMMONS and he helped him tremdously. My son was in pain for three years and was not able to acheive his peak athletic performance.He had been to other chiropractors and sports medicine doctor. Dr. SIMMONS helped him so well he is now able to achieve peak athletic performance, enabling him to became one of the starting running backs for Penn high school and is now anticipating a promising future as a college athlete.

Dr. Simmons helped me tremendously! I have gone to another chiropractor who helped me before but not like Dr Simmons. I decided to go to Dr. Simmons because he took my insurance and the other chiropractor did not. I was glad that I decided to go to Dr Simmons because his adjustments are like day and night compared to the chiropractor. He does not turn my neck when he adjust me and when he does adjust me he instantly helps my headache where the other guy it would take at least 5 visits. I would recommend Dr Simmons he is great and really wants to help you!
