I highly recommend Jacobs & Jacobs! The Staff was very friendly and explanatory. They sat down and patiently listened through everything, as well as explain the process and steps in such a way to a newbie with attorneys. They also kept great communication throughout the whole process from beginning to end. They were very friendly and helpful, and always kept in touch, updating me with was going on. The whole process was actually quicker than I expected. I also received more than what I was expecting! Worst practice ever, they are scamming people using Dr. Bains chiropractic as a scheme to funnel money and cases, I was involved in a vehicle collision, at no fault of mine, and was told by Jacob and Jacobs to go to Bains Chiropractor, and I told Jacob and Jacobs I don’t want to be in debt with medical bills and they assured me that State farm would be responsible since they are at fault, but now it’s close to settlement time and my attorneys say they are going to pay the medical bills with my settlement leaving me with basically nothing they are frauding victims please be warned

This was by far the most backwards firm I have ever worked with. I would only suggest going to them if you enjoy paying most of your settlement to them and doing all the foot work yourself. They are very disorganized and handled my case very poorly. Needless to say I would not use them again. The negotiation process was a joke and when your attorney walks with more money than you and you were the one who got hurt is ridiculous. Especially when all the do is paperwork....somethings wrong. I could have settled for more on my own than with these guys.

Used Tom Sr in 79 on an injury.He loafed on our case and threatened us if we changed lawyers.Not respectful.My daughter and I had case in 2012 which the firm let go long,then quit as deadlines closed in.This case was appraised by a trial atty at 30k but Jacobs let it lapse. .Jacobs and company caved in to Safeco insurance and we got zero remedy for spinal strain. I hereby affirm under oath my statement is true.
