I have had a fantastic experience with John, he is always ready to go behind his call as an attorney by helping his client and he gives 10000% on his cases. About John I have learned is that he is not just there for money, he does have a heart of gold and is someone I can trust to do the job, not like others who take your money and then you have to run after them to do what they get payed for. John has helped me and took care of the problem right of way when I come to see him in regard to a debt collector, I have had attorneys before, but not like him, in my book he is number one and he is very professional. I really dont have the right words to describe him as an attorney and as a really human being. God Bless him and his family. Ben

January 5, 2012 I went to talk to John Sterbick about a Civil Penalty from the Internal Revenue Service that I have been fighting on my own for 2 years without any results the Penalty was for $62,000.00 and continued to increase with interest. My penalty had reached $ 63,332.25 in June of 2012. John had continued the research on this and was able to give the Internal Revenue Service the proper documents so the penalty would be abated. On July 12, 2012 I received a letter from the Internal Revenue Service Abating the total Penalty for $ 63, 332.25. Thank you to John Sterbick’s office if you wouldn’t have helped me I would have had no other choice but to shut my business down.

John handled my Tax matter. I almost fell over when the IRS assessed me for $15,000.oo in back taxes. I hired John and he took care of the rest. For a very fair fee, he took on the IRS and won. The law was not in our favor, but John was able to get the IRS to actually take note of my circumstances and the fact that I had been put in a position created by my ex-wife and that I had been duped into not reporting income that she had recieved. In the end John got my slate wiped clean and I did not have to pay a dime in back taxes. I wholeheartedly endorse John Sterbick and will certainly refer friends and family to him when they are faced with an IRS/tax law issue. MR. STERBICK ROCKS!

If you are looking for a bankruptcy attorney please go somewhere else! They are extremely unprofessional and will not get your bankruptcy done in an easy, convienient amount of time. We waited MONTHS before they even contacted us. After we were asked to come in and finish up some paperwork I was called for weeks on end about things they already had paperwork on. It was like they wanted me to do their work for them. Its been 5 months since we paid them and our bankruptcy still hasnt been filed. I regret ever choosing them as our attorneys.
