Communication with customers needs to be improved. When I called them for a quote, the communication and response was great. I had a quote in my hands within a day or two. However after I signed the quote, communication basically ceased. I was the one who had to follow up with PI Roofing regarding shingle color, scheduling, material delivery, etc. Once the roofers arrived, they worked from 7:00am until almost 9:00pm, and then finished the next day after starting at 6:00am. It would have been nice to know ahead of time the roofers anticipated schedule. Once the roof was complete, there was no follow up other than from the accountant asking for the final payment. I was expecting that someone from PI Roofing would have contacted me the same day the roof was finsihed to let me know how the install went and to assure me the roof was installed properly and that there were no issues. To top it off, I had to pick up from my backyard a plastic cup full of nails before allowing my dogs back into the yard. To me customer service is as important as the product itself.

Absolutely horrible communication and planning. Did a terrible job replacing the standing seam metal and tore up more than they fixed. I asked them to stop what they were doing and to find someone more qualified to finish the job. Had to wait 2 months to get it fixed and the house was left tore apart in the mean time.
