We hired Pure Airways Duct Cleaning to clean the air ducts of our recently purchased home. The prior owners had several cats, and the airs ducts were full of mounds of cat hair and other allergens. I am highly allergic to cat dander and dust mites, so a thorough air duct cleaning became a high priority. From the very first telephone call, Pure Airways Duct Cleaning answered all of our questions, explained each step of the cleaning process, and provided an accurate cost estimate for the job. A very personable and professional team showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I can tell a real difference in the air quality since the system has been cleaned. A day or two after the vent cleaning, I learned they had a coupon for a complimentary dryer vent cleaning with air duct cleaning service. The team scheduled a visit and returned to our home to perform a dryer vent cleaning per their special. Excellent customer service. We highly recommend their service and will absolutely hire them again.

I have severe asthma, I have been sick for four months and literally imprisoned in my own house. I chose this company based on the information provided on their web site. Cameron is the senior technician that came out to talk with me initially. He was courteous, communicated very well, his overall demeanor encouraged me to pull the trigger and go with Pure Airways. Cameron showed up with a courtesy call first, 30 minutes later they were working in my house. They did everything he said they would. The air is definitely cleaner in the house. There is no smell of dirt. I believe I can move forward at healing. This company is great and Cameron made me feel like Pureairways actually cared about me. I highly recommend Pureairways.

Cameron and his team were amazing! I called to get an estimate on insulation. Cameron took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. They were available to install NEXT day, which was wonderful with this oppressive summer heat. Within hours my house was feeling better and cooler. They also did a deep clean and sanitized my air ducts. My allergies are SO thankful and felt better immediately. Cameron made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire day with all the progress they were making. These guys did a great job! They were thorough, polite, and took the time to explain all they were doing every step of the way. They were sure to cover and protect all of our furniture and vacuumed each room as they finished. Our air ducts are super clean and we noticed an improvement in our air quality and circulation immediately. They also cleaned our dryer vent, it was amazing (and frightening) what they cleared out of our dryer duct, which I clean fairly regularly. They let you know all pricing up front, so there were no up-priceing. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their air ducts or dryer vents cleaned. Thank you Pure Airways!

I had air dust cleaning service last Sunday, May 22,2016, and have to say the cleaning crew are very professional: not only did they complete their cleaning service, but also they used their professional judgement identified the issues of my A/C motors which was installed upside down and provided some recommendations. Great people, great knowledge and extensive working experience!

Gave me a formal estimate then called 3 days later and essentially said they no longer were interested in doing it - leaving me in quite a bind. In addition, as I later found out, they are violating Texas laws by doing mold inspections AND mold remediations (you can only do one or the other because it is a conflict of interest to do both).
