WYO Runner

I called this company to have them come and clean my ducts. Over the phone I was quoted a price of 349 for 12 registers and 15 for every extra. When the technician was finished I was told the total would be 471 for the 14 registers he did, I did not understand why such a high price, and asked. He said we charge 26 per extra register, which the math still didnt add up. He realized there was an issue with the qauntity of registers on the bill, and that I was quoted 15 per extra register, he called the office and they stated that I was told 35. The issue is I would never have had them come out if I would have known an extra register was 35. The company did not honor the price and It ended up costing 391 for the job. While the technician was very courteous, and presumably did a good job. EDIT: Within 24 hours of the service, and reviews being left, the manager of the company resolved the issue without hesitation. That being said, the quality of work and courteousness of the technician would warrant a second chance. The one thing I would suggest is request a quote via email before work is done. That way there will not be any issues like this. With this happening, I will at least give the company a chance to quote work if needed in the future.

My wife and I finally made the decision to toss out the noisy, ugly, dirty, evaporative cooler and furnace and replace it with an A/C. After collecting 3 quotes from the most prominent licensed companies in town, it was an easy choice to select AZ Comfort Systems. Their plan to heat and cool my house was the most comprehensive (as well as the least expensive)solution by far. Not only did they set up a really nice and efficient Trane heat pump system with a natural gas back-up heat, but they also gave me a great deal on insulating my entire attic to include wrapping the skylights and registers. This made a SIGNIFICANT change in the coziness of my house. No more cold spots and heat leaving as soon as it comes in! Additionally, they provided a Nest thermostat at retail cost, installed. I highly recommend this as it is a real money saver. But beyond the professional, timely, clean installation and the quality materials and equipment, I need to share that these guys really do have a passion for their work and are a pleasure to work with. If I had more stars I would use them!

We had service on the 3rd of the month by Raymond. On Friday the 4th an issue surfaced that was completely unrelated to the service call. I contacted Angela and arranged for a return visit Monday the 7th. Over the weekend our cooling steadily decreased until we had no cooling at all. During this time I sent emails to Angela and Jimmy. On Sunday evening at ,7:54pm (19:54), Jimmy called me and asked what the trouble was. After explaining the situation, Jimmy told me he would call the "on call" and send him out. First of all I was stunned that Jimmy cared enough to call us on Sunday evening, but even more stunned that he was sending someone tonight. That kind of concern is sorely lacking in todays world. If you ever need HVAC assistance call AZ Comfort Systems before you call anyone else! Sincerely Steve Piechock

Tech was late and call late to tell me that he was going to be late. Previous tech took his time and did a great job. This young guy was rushing the job since he got here, spend less than 10 min in the roof. Could not open the equipment (inside the house), was having all kind difficulties just try to open the equipment. I have to show him how to do it, bend the brackets that hold the filter ( I have to tell him they unscrew). He was so concern about the text he was receiving every minute than the job. After he was done, he ask me "how could I be able to improve at my job", I told him that he can start by cleaning his mess. Why kind of confidence you can have on this tech when he is asking you questions on how to do the job.

We are very happy with the "service call" for our Air Conditioning Unit! Adrian Romero for Arizona Comfort Systems arrived only four hours after our request for help. We were very impressed with his knowledge of our system and of the testing of the components. He renewed the faulty capacitor (with parts he had on his truck), and gave recommendations for other parts that he tested that were nearing their recommended operational limits. One hour after his arrival our A/C was operating perfectly. We were so impressed with his professional visit that we signed-up for the semi-annual inspections, which saved us money on parts and service call (as pointed out by Adrian). We cannot thank Arizona Comfort Systems enough!

All staff members are highly trained, knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Without a doubt, this organization is tops in our books, and we continuously recommend it to all of our friends, neighbors, and new acquaintances. Angela is always prompt in notifying us that an inspection is due, and she is able to arrange a date that fits our schedule. Raymond has been our service representative for the last few inspections, and does an excellent job with needed repairs and updates.

OK, now I am ready to thank Fred for his great work in finding the problems with my A/C System and having the replacement parts on hand to get my system working again. It did take a whole day of operation after the repairs to show me the system is working like it used to perform. Of course, my only complaint is the cost of the parts :}. Update to the above is that my system had additional problems and needed a pump down, re brazing to fix a small leak, then refrigerant added. Adrain did this work and only took two visits to fix in under two hours. My house is now cool all day long. Thanks to all.

Arizona Comfort Systems is the best HVAC company in southeast Arizona. Office Manager Angela excels at customer service, is always on top of our appointments and consistently follows through on scheduling service calls. She is top-notch! Service Manager Raymond is easily one of the best in the business. He is knowledgeable, professional, punctual and thorough. We have been with ACS for 14 years and have never had a problem thanks to these two pros! I highly recommend ACS as the go-to company in Sierra Vista.

We had a new furnace/AC installed a year ago and had a couple issues with installation which were taken care of by the salesman. We have enjoyed the AC all summer and the heater worked very well over the last winter. Adrian came out yesterday to service our system and was very polite and efficient. He was right on time. We were given a 2 hour window, but Adrian arrived right at the top of the window. We would recommend them for installation and service for any AC/furnace.

Wonderful experience. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. I was given a phone call prior to arrival which (as you know from most service people) is a rarity.
