-Beware Zero Stars is Unavailable. High Pressure Sales Followed By Extortion A Croach representative came to my home and offered an introductory service offer of 50 dollars to spray around the house the house for bugs and knock any bees nests off from under the eaves. While discussing the service details I asked multiple times, whether there was a service agreement, or any other charges I need to be aware of. I was told repeatedly, that there was not. It is an introductory offer to build market awareness. As this seemed reasonable, I said ok, and attempted to pay in cash, which he would not accept. This should have tipped me off, but I agreed to pay with a credit card anyway. In order to process the payment the representative used an ipad, which I initialed to authorize payment. A few days later a kid showed up and swept the eaves and sprayed. Not really worth 50 dollars, but oh well. Or so I thought. Two weeks after the service I started receiving phone calls to schedule my next appointment. I informed them that I did not wish to receive any further services, and did not wish to receive any further calls. A week later I received a voicemail informing me that my cancellation request was successful, however there was a cancellation fee and I would be receiving a bill for 200 dollars. On my third attempt to contact the "account specialist" that left me the message, I was informed that I would be receiving a bill for the remainder of my service agreement to which I replied that I was told when I asked, flat out, if there was a service agreement, that there was not. Two additional weeks later, I receive a cancellation letter, invoice, and copy of a service agreement. In the cancellation letter the sentence "If this is not resolved in 10 business days, there will be collection proceedings" is highlighted. Upon reading this letter I called the number provided and attempted, one last time to rectify the situation with the "account specialist" I was informed that they are willing to call it "miscommunication" and let it go, if I were willing to pay 75 dollars, one time offer, today. To which I declined. This is an obvious attempt to extort customers, using the threat of collections to peddle sub par services and deceive people into signing a document that is misrepresented in the sales pitch. The bottom line is that if there was a service agreement attached to the electronic document, the representative who came to my home swiped past it, the electronic document on the ipad was not the same as the document I received in the mail, and the salesman flat out lied to both myself and my wife when asked a straightforward question about the service, multiple times. At this point I fully anticipate getting a collections notice, and intend to dispute it. Looking at the BBB and Yelp, websites, I am not the first to have this issue.

I am only leaving one star because they will not let me leave a lower rating. I signed up for a years service with them I completed that service and then when I spoke with them on the phone I said I no longer want to receive their services. I choose not to continue because I did not receive the service I was promised when I signed up. They had promised to help me fix some issues I was having involving bird getting into my attic, which they never delivered on. That is not the reason they are getting a low score they are getting a low score for what followed when I asked to not receive their services anymore. Once I requested to end my service they sent someone out and charged me for it. I then made repeated calls to try and speak with someone and it took 9 phone calls just to get someone to pick up during their normal business hours, this is not acceptable. On top of that the lady who "helped" me new nothing and was going to have an account manager call me back, which never happened. I have since tried contacting them a few more times getting told there is nothing they can do and they will have an account manager call me back, this has yet to happened. Now I have been contacted by a collection agency which I have explained the situation to which I will probably end up having to pay to avoid and credit issues. Needless to say I would not recommend this company if you do not believe me just try calling their office or check their BBB reviews, I am not the first person they have done this to.

Justin, their sales representative came to my home three times. He assured me that I could cancel at any time if I was dissatisfied with their service and he would personally see to it. When I used Bulwark I never saw scorpions near my house. I have a large yard and one was seen in the back by the pool pumps in nearly 2 years of service. The problem was spiders. Croach took care of the spiders, but about a month after their second visit a scorpion was seen on the patio near the grill. I called them twice but they never returned my call. A week later my spouse called the national number a received another phone number. The tech came very soon and did a remarkable job spraying everywhere. 10 days later there was a scorpion next to my chair where we have coffee in the morning. I called Croach and cancelled their service about a month ago. For the past week I have been harassed about a cancellation fee. It seems Justin conveniently forgot about his promise. In all fairness, the techs at Croach do try hard. In my opinion, their product is inferior. If Justin comes to your door, I would recommend that you slam it in his face! I am back with Bulwark and have not seen anymore scorpions.

I had just moved into my home, had it fully inspected by another well establish pest company, then when Croach was in my small neighborhood checking in on their other clients they stopped to chat... immediately the gal from Croach noticed two wasps nests above my garage door (this was a service I was currently paying for with the other pest company) She offered to walk around and see if she could spot anything else... 9 wasp nests later and dozens of massive spider webs later I hired Croach on the spot... I had just had the full infection with the other pest two months before, and two weeks before was my monthly service... none of these nests or webs were caught by them... When her team came back out to do their official inspection and initial spraying, they also set traps for mice... 9 wasp nest and 3 mice removed! I feel like the other company was asleep at the wheel! Croach even offers a better rate for way more service!

Do not sign this agreement. They will tell you everything but the cancelation policy after you find out the product just chases bugs into your house. Spiders in you and your kids beds for about 2 weeks. Just try to get them on the phone. See yelp reviews as well. They have changed their name before as well. They tried to come out to my house in North Bend on January 2, 2017. It was frozen, snowing and Ice cycles. Really?? Canceling and paying the $450. cancel fee. without letting them come out to my house. Keep the $450. lesson well learned. Not a good way to make a living people. These 5 star reviews are bogus. Who only does one review and 5 stars and its the only review they ever posted. Come on Man! Where does the deceit end?

So far, very pleased with the service provided by Croach. Yes, they came by in the afternoon and gave their sales pitch. Yes, they wanted to schedule right away and wanted payment info upfront. However, as they were going through the garage, etc, a HUGE Hobo spider and a possible Brown Widow were identified. Additionally, a large Hobo spider nest and eggs were found. So, an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The technicians arrived promptly and introduced themselves. They were courteous and professional. They were done in approximately one hour. The ONLY complaint I can lodge is that they forgot to close one of our backyard gates. Luckily, none of our dogs got out. I would, and will, recommend them to others.

We have had Croach Services for over a year now. At first I was skeptical that they could deliver on their product getting spiders and other insects, etc out of the house and garage. After the first treatment we saw an immediate difference. They even set out traps to catch mice that have been around the house. If we ever have needed additional service between quarterly services, I call and within a few days, the technician comes out to take care of any concerns at no additional cost. My wife has been so happy with the service results. Happy wife means a happy me. Thank you Croach Services.

a man claiming to be from this company came by our home twice yesterday. first in the mid afternoon but nobody was home (we have him recorded on our camera) and then again during dinner. he was rain soaked and had no literature or business card with him. we felt bad because he was drenched but found it very odd that he would be going door to door without any material to explain their services. tried calling the company several times today just to see if that man actually works for them, but nobody answered. i am suspicious of these people and will definitely not do business with them.

HORIBBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If youre in the Puyallup are stay away from these guys. Technicians spent a total of 5 minutes on my house. The service was not what was promised. No one answers at the main office. Took them over two weeks to get ahold of me. Email reciepts and invoices were never sent to my email. I even checked the spam folder. To top it off, they are charging $170 to cancel my contract. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. BUNCH OF SCAMMERS AND CROOKS. Signed a contract with safeshield and couldnt be happier. Much cheaper and better service.

[Rodent service call] The service specialist Jesse Weaver was excellent -- very thorough, professional, courteous, and pleasant. He arrived on time, expertly answered all of my questions regarding rodents and questions about the different measures and pest control devices that Croach put in place to safeguard against rodents (e.g. crawl space traps, exterior bait stations, etc.). I have been using Croach for 5+ years, and have always found their service to be very good for the fair service fees they charge.

I had a great experience with Croach. In June I needed a termite inspection done to refinance my house. Blake Miner came out on a Saturday to do it so I could have the report to the finance company by Monday morning. He was thorough with the inspection and very efficient at what he does. He recommended of some repairs that could be done to help prevent some rodent and pest issues in the future. I appreciate the quick response for the inspection it let me do my closing on time. Thank You Buddy Thompson

The Bug Lady came by last week on a cold call. We ended up scheduling the service with her, and they had a crew out in a couple of hours. We had an extreme amount of spider egg sacks and webs all over the house. The team removed the vast majority of the spider debris. They spent a couple of hours spraying and cleaning. We are set up for the second service in a month or so, and expect that the last remaining spiders will be gone. They also treated for wasps and ants. So far so good.

I have had Croach service for over a year and with every service i have received an email telling me what date and about what time they would be at my home for the service. Tonight a man came to my door to do service. i received no email or notification that they would be out today. I also was given no email or paper for completed service. i am very disappointed in the lack of communication this company has to their clients. After tonight service i would not recommended them.

We are in the market for an exterminator and the guy shows up at my house saying he would go through my house, garage, and shed for spiders and mice. The entire time he was telling me about his business he never once mentioned that we needed to sign a contract. So the next day, I call and after he takes my card information he then tells me about a contract. I then cancelled everything. TELL THE TRUTH AND TELL US EVERYTHING BEFORE TAKING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

We just had a very poor experience with Croach Pest Control. We feel that they ripped us off. We felt lied to and feel that we were double-charged for their service. I would recommend anyone considering Croach Pest Control find another Pest control service as the service my wife and I received was, in our opinion, was performed in a deceptive manner in an attempt to double bill us for services they verbally implied were covered at no additional cost.
