We had 2 rooms, stairs and all our uhpolstrey cleaned. Magi-Klean was very professional and walked me through the whole process, even let me pick what scent I wanted. Everything was pretty dry when he left and was completly try with in 2 hours. I loved that he brought covers for our hardwood floors so that he did not track anything through the house, he also wore shoe covers and left some for us so we did not get anything in the fresh clean carpets, he used corner covers so that no damage was done to my walls, when he put the furniture back he put it on blocks so that the carpet can dry under and no marks were left! We will be calling again, and be passing out his cards so he can get more business. I highly highly recommend this company!

Top tier customer service with amazing results! After our beloved lab passed I was certain we would need to replace the carpets. Wrong!! Not only is the oder completely gone but the carpets (and couch!) look as good as day we got them. Being in real estate I thought I had seen every cleaner under the sun and new the routine but Magi-Klean showed me the level of service I had been craving. They moved all the furniture for me, placed corner protectors and mats, used fans to speed drying, explained each step as they worked AND offered a selection of fragrances for the enzyme treatment we requested. Magi-Klean responded within 24 hours to a 911 call for a house that renters had just moved out of. I thought the carpets were pretty well trashed because the renters had small children and pets. Terry and Chris did an amazing job getting the carpets back into amazingly good shape. They were very friendly and professional, and Terry offered some really good advice on carpet and laminate floor care. The price was very reasonable for the challenging job they had. I definitely recommend this service and will use it again next time I need carpets cleaned. Thank you!!!

I highly recommend Magi-Klean. I thought I was going to have to replace my carpets in my rental and Terry certainly worked his magic and saved me lots and lots of money. He is not your average carpet cleaning guy. His customer service was above and beyond which is hard to find nowadays. He vacuumed prior to cleaning the carpets and offered to blow off the pine needles along the walkway. He was very thoughtful and had a great work ethic. I would hire him again and encourage anybody to use him for your next carpet cleaning because you will not be disappointed!!

Everyone at Magi-Klean was ultra professional and did a great job on my carpets and cleaning ,my ducts. I was very impressed with the quality of equipment and the knowledge of the employees. The price was good for what I got. They cleaned the carpets and got every stain out! And my air ducts are now super clean. It even smells fresher in my house! When they were done they cleaned up everything and even wiped off the air vents which was an added bonus. I will definitely refer to others for both the carpet cleaning and the air duct cleaning.

We recently purchased a home, and with that came a carpet that smelt of dog...:( We called Magi-Klean and they let us know about all of the options we had to remove this smell. They were able to come out the next day and very thoroughly went through our home and refreshed our carpets. The smell is gone, and we are happy. Very professional, thorough, and delivered resuls! When my husband hired this company recently, I told him not to expect any miracles because our carpet still needed to be replaced. Wow! Getting new carpet is no longer on my list. I had no idea they could get all those old stains out. Only in a few places with extremely bad stains can I see anything anymore. We have a lot of carpet and they spent eight hours in our home because they are perfectionists! Really and truly some of the best money we have ever spent.

These guys are REALLY GOOD. We had the carpets and vents cleaned and they did a superb job. The house smells clean and the carpets are wonderfully stain free. I thought they were going to have to be replaced. The heating vents had not been cleaned in years and they are now dust free. We have a lot of furniture in the carpeted rooms and they handled it all. I highly recommend this company. They are that good.

Awesome service toward both myself and the job of cleaning the air ducts. 4-5 hours from start to finish. Great explanations and helping to point out gaps and bad spots within my system that I can now fix and improve. Nice to have piece of mind that my family and our (cat allergic) dog will be on our way to breathing easier and getting rid of the previous home owners dirt/dust/dander...whatever was in there!?

Terry and crew did a great job on a very difficult and unusual lot. I just bought an older house that has had major drainage issues for many years. They cleaned out the crawl space and installed a new sump pump. I asked him to do a temporary fix as best he could within my budget(which was not much). I will be calling him back when I am able to have a more permanent solution done. I highly recommend.

Did an AMAZING job. My furnace and ducts and dryer vent were disgusting from a previous owner. My vents went from barely pushing air, to actually blowing. They were also missing my filters, and are coming back just to make sure I have filters in place. The price was also super affordable, and better than every other company I called. Ive used magic clean for year. Terry is the best there is. I use them to clean our office carpets at A Advanced septic as well as both houses up on lake tapps. This is the only way to go if you need carpets tile or air ducks cleaned.
