This company was amazing to work with. From the moment the first call was placed for a bid to the moment they finished up. JD was a great sales rep. He was friendly and so personable. He gave us suggestions for aesthetics and cost savings. He never once tried to push additional features and was very honest. I felt the price of the windows was fair. JD even knew the tax laws surrounding energy credits and was the first contractor I had used that gave us all the proper documentation without asking. Anthony and his crew were great installers. They were so conscientious about our belongings. Never did I even have to dust or pick up after them. They cleaned up so well each day that you would not have known that they were even here. They even helped us move some furniture. I would highly recommend this company.

The summer of 2015, five aluminum framed windows in our home were replaced with vinyl famed, insulated glass units. We have been extremely pleased with the product and workmanship by Einar Johanson, Inc. Our new windows look beautiful and function efficiently. There is no moisture or condensation, windows slide easily for screens and outside sound is muted when windows are closed. All employees from the initial contact person to the installers acted professionally, worked efficiently and respected our property inside and outside of the home. I had a very good experience with EJI&G. I hired them to replace 15 windows (including skylights) in a condominium. Their estimator arrived on time and gave me an easy-to-understand estimate, description of the job and timeline for completion. They were not the lowest bid I received, but they were the most professional of the three companies I invited bid on the job. Ultimately, I was quite pleased with their on-time service and very happy with the quality of the windows they installed. We have a Lake Washington waterfront home that often times takes a beating from the winds coming out of the south. The house has wood frame windows, some of which are very large and/or custom sized. We needed to replace several of the frames and failed glass. A representative came out to the house went thru everything that needed to be done and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They then came out to template the windows needing replacement. Finally the installation occurred and the workmanship was spectacular. Einar Johanson is outstanding from start to finish. We had an excellent experience with Einar Johanson. We had some very large windows with water intrusion. They came out quickly when we called and worked with us to manage an affordable solution. They were great at keeping in touch as our windows were manufactured, and kept completely to schedule throughout. We ended up replacing 9 large windows with custom made glass which they installed, and they also repaired the supporting structures in the deck below the windows which had rotted away. Their employees were highly skilled, timely, and a pleasure to work with.

Very professional from quote to installation. Installation was extremely fast and the workers left our yard/interior of the home very clean. Only one issue occurred during installation - a piece of rotted trim that we had quoted to be replaced was missed on the initial installation. One phone call and they came out and replaced the trim the very next day without issue. I would have no problem recommending Einar Johanson in the future.

I had two windows replaced in my condominium. Due to the construction of the building on a hillside the larger window was on the second floor. This required the use of a lift and ladders. The larger window measured 4 x 6 ft. The workers did a great job. Not only were they safety conscious, they were also professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone who was having windows replaced. I think they could handle any job.

Replaced all of our aluminum frame windows with Lindsay vinyl windows. Our house is constructed with plaster interwoven with wire and very difficult to work on. In addition, a lot of our window sills were tiled and they all had to be cut to fit the new Windows. No problem. The crew did an excellent job. They finished in three days (on time) and were professional, friendly and left the house clean every day. Highly recommended.
