My husband Fran, discovered Foundation Insurance about 3 years ago and decided to give Jeremy Chase, now our agent, a call to see what types of coverage and rates he could offer us for our new home in Bradenton, FL. I still recall how impressed Fran was with Jeremy Chase of Foundation Insurance and with Jeremy’s extensive knowledge of the Insurance Industry. Jeremy was able to provide extensive information that assisted us in deciding what the best coverage was for us. In the end Jeremy came through for us and we quickly switched Insurance Agencies and signed up with Foundation Insurance and have pleased ever since. After Fran told many of our neighbors and friends of his experience with Foundation Insurance, several of them also called and switched Insurance Agencies. They are all still with Foundation for their various Insurance needs and are very pleased. We all received better Insurance coverage at lower rates than any other competitor could offer. I have worked with both Josh and Jeremy Chase - they are awesome and I have always found them to provide a high-level of service. I am always impressed with the amount of time they take to research options and to make recommendations and advise me on what is in my best interest. Most importantly, I always feel educated and that I am getting exactly what I need - but never, ever, have I felt like I was being "sold" on something. These are reasons that I recommend Foundation on a regular basis - all the time. Another reason is Natasha; she is usually the first person whom I reach out to when I need something or have to make a change and I have dealt with her more than any other staff member. I needed to call Foundation to ask them to re-rate our auto policy. I was unable to reach my agent right away, but he got back to me immediately after I left him a voice mail regarding our request. He told me that he would check out other policies for us, and got back to me quickly with a new policy to consider. We reviewed everything and decided to go with his findings. We handled everything on the internet and we now have a new policy that we are happy with. Each time I have called Foundation, the people I have spoken with have been courteous and professional Overall all of our dealings with Foundation have been very positive.

My wife and I purchased a new home in Central Florida this past June. We were able to handle all the insurance over the phone with Foundation. After moving down we again used Foundation for vehicle insurance and of recent an umbrella policy. Everything was handled over the phone or email. Follow up snail mail packages arrived on time from insurance companies. No issues with anything. We have since had another agent try to convince us to change to his company. Quotes were only slightly less expensive but the coverage was not as good. We have been very pleased with Foundation.

Ron Sullivan really help me out. I had a major problem with my insurance. I called him up, told him my problem, he told me not to worry he would get to the bottom of this and get it resolved. Ron went to work on my problem and getting the problem solved. He called me back a little later, all resolved. NOW, this is what I like about Ron, goes the extra mile to help me out. A few weeks ago, I reached out to Foundation after receiving a $300 increased from my now former homeowners insurance company. Knock on wood I never had a claim and was upset with the increase. As luck will have it I spoke to Michael. Michael took the time to go over my coverages line by line. Not only did Michael cut my premium in half (NO EXAGGERATION), I even have better coverages! Michael Kane at Foundation Insurance is amazing. He was able to find us cheaper and better coverage that Amica, StateFarm, Geico, Nationwide and about 5 other companies quoted us.
