just a little FYI... My agent is Jacqueline E in Victorville she is honestly the best agent. I called around a lot when we were buying a house & she was the only was who was on top of everything. She looks for the right plan for you & your needs. She always gets back to you promptly. She has this personality that makes you feel that your not only a customer. I loved everything about her that I recommended her to my family. My brother in law & brother just both bought a house & had no hesitation going to Jacqueline for their insurance & are both also recommending her to their family & friends. Thank you Jacqueline for everything!!!!!!!!

My name is Greg and I have a construction co. I have been with Massey ins. for over 10 years, and have dealt with Christen Potter every time I call. She is basically the only one I deal with when it comes to insurance, and I feel like she works as a personal assistant for me. Any time I have a question she has an answer for me and she looks for the best rates without loosing quality. Her work takes a load off my mind so I can concentrate on other aspects of my business. I never have to look twice at what she does. When I had a claim she handled it all for me. I trust her work fully and she exceeds my expectations every time I use her.

I have been with massey since 2006.Christen Potter has been my agent.they have always been so helpfull with anything I need.I was once stuck in a scale house in New Mexico and they wouldnt let me go until I had some paper work i would never need again and she put it together for me in minutes and talked to the scale house.I was out of there quick.massey has been such a help with my trucking needs.

Massey Insurance has been great for all my insurance needs. A few months ago I was shopping around for new auto and house insurance and Jacqueline was the best. She took the time to listen to my needs and find exactly what I was looking for very quickly. Horrible insurance company. Is not up front and honest with you about anything. Tries to send you bills and collect money from you with absolutely no explanation of what they are from. The owner gets extremely rude with customers when they have a valid concern and are just trying to resolve an issue. Not willing to take any actions to try and help the customer out.
