The customer service here is terrible. One week they will cash my (handwritten) paycheck no problem, the next week they will put a hold on it. They are rude on the phone, in the lobby, and in the drive thru at the Red Mile location. Employees are combative and smug. And they want to charge $25 for me to close my account. Keep your money far away from this bank.

Our experience with GTKY has been excellent. It is hard to comprehend the negative reviews, especially with regard to rudeness. I have never encountered a rude person--in fact, people are extremely polite. Are these critical reviewers simply projecting their own rudeness onto others?

I met the CEO Debbie Pyle and her husband Todd. They are awsome people, very kind and great to talk to.i love this credit union have since day 1. Amanda horn in asset recovery is my guardian angel lol. Great people, great credit union. They actually care, they want to help you.

Hours are absolutely terrible. Staff is friendly but rarely helpful. Charge you a cancellation fee to cancel the account.
