11/1 Responding to the owner: it’s funny how you say you don’t see the google name because clearly my last name is there, FYI u stated you’re protecting my info but clearly you pointed out we paid our loan yesterday on a public forum!!! You know exactly who we are as we were trying to get the payoff information from everyone in the office! I have records, screen shots and dates of when I called people working there! We both will be reporting you to the better business bureau and making everyone aware of what’s going on! This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my existence! We fell on hard times and took out a loan. Paid each month and when we were ready had the funds to pay this off. Getting a payoff was a nightmare. None of the girls working there could provide me a payoff, advised I call the department and leave a voicemail and within 2 hours should have a payoff, we’ve been fighting to get the payoff for almost a month, when we addressed the issue, we were left with empty promises that our calls would be returned or someone would reach out to us, We’ve wasted more money and time waiting for someone to call us back, we made every effort to comply and do what we needed to to get this payoff per their instructions but in the end everyone went blank on what our payoff was. I wish we never dealt with this shady company. I’d rather go somewhere else that’s less sketchy. You would think they would be happy you want a payoff, but no they will drag it out until there’s fees over fees Please avoid this place at all cost, there are other places! Ps. The accounting department they speak of consist of only one person! What a joke! Same yourself, if you’re desperate go anywhere but here!

Knowing that you want to be careful WHO you are getting your loan from in this industry, i chose this company because of their excellent standing with the BBB. Setting up an appointment and getting pre-qualified was easy and took me 3 minutes. I liked the part that they were not trying to get me in there with some fantasy rates and "promised amounts" like the other companies that i called when i was shopping around. Even though i didnt really want to get a loan (unfortunately there a medical bills that i wasnt able to foresee) i was happy with how easy and simple the loan process was. MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE!

At Maximum title loan I received friendly and fast service. In less 45 minutes I was done and had my loan. The staff is friendly and encouraged me to pay on my principle to save money. They also offer incentives for regular on time payments. I really like that I was able to make payments at Wells Fargo it made making a payment simple and convenient. The courtesy call to remind me my payment was coming due was a nice reminder too. If I am in a quick need of cash I will return to Maximum! Thanks Maximum.

Maximum Title Loans hired my company to take pictures at all 4 of their stores in the valley. I was very impressed with how they were presented both in decor and the friendliness of their staff. Working with the owner was great too in the scheduling and invoicing. As an outside observer and one who works a lot with owners of local businesses I can honestly say these people know how to treat their customers and are great at what they do.

This company is no good its legalized loan sharking. There intrest rate is 120 % they should be put out of buisness.. The world would be a better place with out predators like maximum title loans.... You know why they call it maximum title loans because you pay the maximum amount to these thugs...I dont know how this is even legal.... They should be ashamed of themselfs.... wolfs in sheeps clothing....BEWARE.BEWARE.BEWARE

had a great experience with MTL. I did my research before I took out a loan , I realize that a title loan is much different than refinancing a vehicle, I believe this is where people get confused. I had a plan how to pay off my loan before I even signed the contract. There were no hidden surprises, everything was upfront and honest. I LOVE the staff!! This really irritates me. I just watched the driver of this vehicle park, put her sun shade up, and unlock the door to the Maximum Title Loans building. The strip she parked in only has 6 spots, 2 of which are handicap. There is 5 businesses close to or connected to that spot. Are the staff here really so lazy they cant park in the general lot 20 feet behind where she parked?
