I am disgusted by this service. I have never wrote a review anywhere in my life until now. That says a lot. I have been trying to get a hold of supervisor NATALIE DESUS in the Hollywood, FL office and now here I am trying to see if I may be able to get a hold of her through this review. This is bad. I am trying to contact her to see how I can get another adjuster because NICOLE WHITE, is the worst adjuster I have ever had to deal with, it has been a 2 weeks since our accident and she has yet to reach out to me not can I get a hold of her either. The other partie’s insurance company has already gone out and checked my car and determined that my car is Total Loss and it is their fault, yet MYYYYY INSURANCE is holding everything up.I just had to deal with another car accident a month ago and it was a breeze, everything resolved within a week and here I can’t even get a call back from my adjuster. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE, IT WILL MAKE ANY ACCIDENT YOU HAVE 20X MORE STRESSFUL. IT IS NOT WORTH WHATEVER SMALL DOLLARS TEH TRY TO SAVE YOU. TRUST ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS YOU SEE BELOW.

Pesimo, never advise you to hire this insurance, somebody crashed my car being parked at Walmart and went, I took more than 15 days trying to fix it, insurance has hit me, that if fitter, inspector, investigator, finally a process every day , my car was still in the shop, and I keep walking, paying a full cover, bad treatment by the insurer, poor customer service, problem solving zero wait prolongada.Lo interesting is that despite this I pay a deductible of $ 1000, to crap with laughter.

Beware of this company. They will rip you off, I want to know how a person with suspended license, lapse insurance every month, 7 accident with this year and tickets up the ass have a rate of $135. And me with a clean record since i got my license have a high rate of $385. Oh and I just got my renewal and oh boy did it go up still with a clean driving record. I would not recommend them to anyone even after having them for a year. Just keep trying with other insurance company until you find what fit your pockets. I found my luck with GEICO

I will be awarding ZERO STARS to this auto insurance company. They have the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered in my life. Nobody wants to help you, call you back, or address your needs. I have ben charged without notice, given false information, and sent to collections without any explanation for any reason. Please do yourself a favor and STAY CLEAR of this horrible company. The money you save is not worth the aggravation. Literally would never recommend to anyone.

STAY AWAY! I switched a year ago and was involved in an accident(not my car thank God), the officer checked my license as normal protocol, turns out my license was SUSPENDED. Why? Beause INFINITY INSURANCE never notified the DMV that I was insured by them. I have been paying this company for MONTHS for NOTHING. I am now calling them for the THIRD time to send the document I need to the DMV. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EVER EVER!

Truly a terrible company. I was rear ended by a driver with this insurance company. The investigation into the case took over a month even though the driver had received a reckless driving ticket. They quoted me less than than the company they sent me to and I had to pay the difference. They also sent me to Enterprise to retrieve a rental and only covered a portion of the rental fees. This was a terrible experience.

I seriously cannot explain how horrible it is to deal with a company who assigns you an adjuster that NEVER CALLS YOU BACK or assists you. I regret working with Infinity so much, being in a car accident already causes enough hassle, I did not need the insurance to make everything worst. I am definitely going to look for another company.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! SOMEONE WHO THEY INSURE, PRACTICALLY TOTALED MY CAR AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO GET ME A RENTAL OR TAKE 100% LIABILITY WHEN I HAVE A VIDEO OF THE ACCIDENT.
