Never get insurance through this company. They are very unprofessional and always on hold for 45 minutes before anyone every answers. They take to much time on getting information to a collision repair facility. Had vehicle in shop for over a month and had to pay out of pocket for rental vehicle. They do not give reference number in order to pay for rental and can only get reimbursed back for 20 days worth and if over then you are up a creek. Will never give this company my business again !!!!

This SCAM company should have 0 stars!!!!! One of their clients hit me from behind a MONTH ago! I opened a claim immediately and a MONTH later have just been given the run around from about 8 different people!!! This is a SCAM company! No phone calls being returned. HOURS on hold. Adjuster PATRICE BRIDGES in Dallas Tx is a joke! The client and I have called her and left messages a total of about 8 times! Do NOT buy insurance from this company! If I had the money I would hire a lawyer to sue them!

Falcon Insurance is a fraudulent insurance company. They refuse to cover claims when their customers cause accidents as a result of their driving while heavily intoxicated and hang up on us when we mention the claim number to them over the phone. Unfortunately we are going to have to take them and their customer to court.

Trying to get hold of clam department ( Bridget) for 10 business days, never return the VM & keep me hold for over hour. This one of the unprofessional business modular insurance company. Horrible horrible service.

Ive been trying to contact these people speifically one of the agents for ONE MONTH. I have received no answer about my case and every time I call Victoria Allen it says shes "busy." Horrible horrible agency.
