Was in the market for a new car and started my search at Martin Kia. I originally wanted to try every make and model in the midsize sedan class just to make sure whatever option I picked was the right one. Working with Caitlin, she helped me prioritize what features were important to me and what my must haves are in a vehicle. After test driving the Optima, I was incredibly impressed. When I compared to other makes and models in the same class, there was no comparison, the Optima blew the competition out of the water. During the whole experience Caitlin was awesome in answering each and every one of my questions and did not try to pressure me into buying a vehicle after the first test drive. My original time frame was 2 months, but found myself driving off the lot a week later thanks to the exceptional offers that Martin Kia was able to provide. Would absolutely recommend both Martin Kia and Caitlin when purchasing a new vehicle. Will definitely buy from here again.

My sales person Stephanie Pender was excellent! My lease process went smooth and quickly. My only issue was with the business manager Nick Lee. His "bed side" manner is sub-par to say the least. After I politely declined all of the "extra" warranties that he was offering for additional purchase his whole demeanor changed. I didnt get a handshake at the end of the deal or nothing. I also called and left him a detailed voice mail message because I had a quick question about my contract. Did he return my call? Of course NOT. Back in 2016 I co-signed for my daughter with her purchase of a Kia Optima and I had an unpleasant experience with him even back then. I suggest you all finding a replacement business manager! Nevertheless, I am happy with my present and past purchases.

My wife and I just had the pleasure of buying our new Kia Sportage from Martin Kia in Newark, DE. The entire team of Phil Rockwell - General Manager, Moe Mednini - Sales Manager and Robert Smith - our Sales Consultant were all extremely helpful, supportive (with excellent product and financing options knowledge) and friendly as we went through and looked at various models and options with the end result being that we ended up with a car we love at an excellent price. Their approach was consultative with no pressure, which was greatly appreciated by me as I hate some of the games that car dealers can play sometimes. This is our 2nd Kia, and second time working with Moe. Great experience

I am extremely happy with this Kia dealership. My salesman was excellent. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the brand and the vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and they all worked as a team and efficiently. And I ended up getting the vehicle I had been looking at for six months!! I had visited six or so other dealerships (Kia and others) and this was by far the best dealership for buying a vehicle. I am so happy that the Business Manager named Nick explained to me all of the options instead of cheating on on my money. We had a great experience and we traveled about an hour to visit the Newark De location. I would definitely travel to Newark De again for a Kia!!

It has been a pleasure to deal with Martin Kia. My husband bought a a 2013 Kia Soul in 2012 aa a work car. A few months ago, we decided we needed something a little larger as he had retired and we have been traveling quite a bit. Rick Rowe approached us on the lot and actually remembered us and welcomed us back by name. He helped us get a new Sportage that we absolutely love. Called about my Optima fuel pump going, they said it was covered by the warranty. Went in and the receptionist said it would have to be diagnosed before it could be worked on. So I figured it would be a couple days before I got a call. Less than 24 hours later they called me back saying it was done and could come get it! Very good service very good. Will be going back in the future
