I went to AAA in Waltham to arrange a trip to Florida for Thanksgiving this November and met with Ms. Rebecca Rayburg. I needed to arrange plane flights for my wife and me and to arrange for a car rental during our stay there. Ms. Rayburg was most helpful. After I described when my wife and I wanted to leave and return, she searched thoroughly the best airline and flight arrangements she could find and she worked out the best car rental, in terms of car type and, that she could find. She was most pleasant, considerate and accommodating and, once the plans were finalized, had all the necessary paper work printed out in a short time. She really provided me with all the time and service that I needed and I am sure that she will be most helpful should I need to call upon her again. Ms. Rayburg is an asset to your organization and very professional in the way she conducts herself. I appreciate all that she did and am confident that our trip to Florida will be a pleasant one. Overall, the Waltham AAA office is excellent. The staff is helpful, friendly, and professional. Parking is free and almost always readily available right near the office entrance. On our last visit, my wife and I were purchasing money for a trip to London and Paris: pounds and euros. Jane, who helped us at the counter, was very informative and friendly. She carefully explained the process of buying the money from them, and expedited the actual purchase (better than a bank, because AAA does all the paperwork). The price was right, based on current exchange rates. All in all, our trip to AAA was pleasant and productive. I highly recommend the Waltham AAA office.

I went in to get a passport-quality photo for a visa application. I was promptly met and moved to the area for the photo. The staff person who dealt with me was a bit rude and condescending. Other than that, she was simply unfriendly. Unpleasant, but short, transaction -- so I was able to get it done without walking out on her. Photo was good.

I went in to get a map for an upcoming trip to New Jersey. I was helped at the counter immediately and was quickly offered both the map I needed but also additional information to help make the trip easier. This is a great location to work with and we are fortunate to have it in our area.

Very pleased with the help I received the day I called in. I had lost my card and needed a new one and in the process signed my husband up for only a few dollars!!! My host I spoke with was knowledgeable and quick to get my needs taken care of!

Place sucks worst customer service around. Been waiting a hour for one signature. Three people in front of me, the employees seem to just like gossiping instead of trying to help customers.
