We decided to replace the ancient furnace and central AC in our duplex rental unit. The project included a new water heater, hot water pipe insulation, building sealing, the insulation and new ducting throughout both sides of the duplex. This was the best investment we ever made, I could not believe the difference in the PG&E bill. The Residential team was great, very professional and experienced. I wish we did this 10 years ago!! I just had a ductless Mitsubishi AC unit (12K BTU) installed in master bedroom. The whole experience has been very professional. Nick advised us on a plan for both ducted and ductless AC for our home. He was on time for our appointment, replied to any questions/concerns that I had via e-mail and provided an estimate on time. Spencer was our service pro who did a very good job installing both indoor and outdoor units, ensured that the work area was clean when he was done and finished the job on time (one day). The quality of workmanship was excellent too. Today he pressure tested the unit, which checked out and finally he explained how to operate the unit and remote control and answered my questions. I highly recommend Residential Heating and AC.

Robert and the performance team were outstanding. The energy audit was comprehensive and the analysis was easy to understand. Robert sat down with my wife and I to explore the options for improving the energy efficiency of our home. Once we agreed on the scope of work, the Residential Energy Pro performance team implemented the plan. Each step in the work plan was explained to us and all our questions were answered. The workers were courteous and attentive to detail. By the time they left each day, it was impossible to tell that they had been in our home. From start to finish, Residential Heating and AC was curtious and professional. We had our ducting replaced and some other energy efficiency items tended to. They quoted fairly, came out every day on time, worked through some tough job site problems and delivered an amazing test out result. My ducting went from 29% leakage to 4% and the air leakage in the house went from 58% above normal to 1%! Great results! Plus, when the city inspector came by to sign off the permit, he asked for their card because the work was done so cleanly. What a great review! I will definitely go back to Cathy and her team for future energy upgrades and repairs.

The installation team of Chris, Mark and Jesse were first rate professionals - courteous and hard-working. Our furnace died on us a week before Christmas. They were on the job immediately. Cathy the president personally visited to finalize our design and then showed up most days to introduce the team and gas/electrical contractors. We decided to move the furnace to the attic and replace all the old ducts. Even with that extra workload the team finished up before Christmas!
