We had 2 service calls in May 2014 for a total of $920.00 and did not get this "frre cleaning" "All Work Guaranteed USA Air uses the highest quality products to ensure clean, fresh air and a healthier cleaner home. We guarantee top-notch quality for every service", The high quality unit was the 16 seer rated NOT the 14 seer rated. In the size unit for our limited space The FPL rebate on the 14 rated unit was $165 and the 16 rated unit had a $500 rebate from Fl Power and Electric. When the sales / service guy was here he said this is the BEST solution , That turned out to not be true Plus this was not installed correctly and thats why there were 2 service calls afer the AC installation was complete. USA AIR must not have seen that there was a TRAP already in place down stairs/outside the home. They put in many 90 degree that they should not as this I am told can cause clogs in the line and air cause systems to fail. The double trap plumbing was uncalled for and and wrong as per other AC professional information, The washable air filter that should have been left with us and in the AC but was kept bu USA Air and the asked us to pay $200.00 for it when its included from Rheem. As per the fresh air in the promiss later we found out almst all professional AC company offer and include a UV filter to cut down on Mold and inprove air quality. As a 90 year old suffering from Asthma this never even came in in converstaion.Not even as an ad on option to buy.

They lie, charge extra fees then argue when you call to cancel after you called another company.. My daughter called them yesterday - her 6 year old Trane died. The repairman said the compressor was shot and needed to be replaced - estimate was 1500 dollars. Then he said Trane is nothing but problems and suggested she buy a Goodman 16 SEER 2.5 ton unit. The cost including their 7% removal fee was 3600 dollars. She called me as I have rental houses in South Florida and I thought something was fishy. I never heard of the 7% removal fee and suggested she call the place I use for a 2nd opinion. She called AAA Modern AIr - they came out and said someone disconnected the wires to the contactor (relay) which needed to be replaced and the unit immediately started. She called USA and they told her she owed them 500 dollars since she signed a contract. I then advised her to contact the bank and initiate a chargeback, then the BBB and file a complaint. If they continue I gave my attorney will deal with them. Crooks.

The install went weel, the guys worked through the day. They installed the air handler in the attic unlevel. First night it ran water poured out the back right side into my attic. Manager Gill is useless and has lied about trying to dry the area. They set up fans but did not understand the walls have paint and the water is IN THE WALL! Over a week later and no repairs or attempt has been made. The owner finally has called back and refuses to fix the water damage. The techs that show up agree the drywall all has to go, but the company refuses to fix the problem they created. Now I have to use my insurance to get the repairs and go after USA to get the money back. Please stay away and go find any other company. This is the worst I have seen of an operation. I have two small kids and my mother-in-law in the house. Now I have mold to deal with. Even the techs installing admit they never were trained, but watched someone and duplicate what they saw.

My A/C broke this morning and I was lucky to have Louis show up at my house within a few minutes from calling USA Air Conditioning. Louis was very professional and gave me a diagnostic of the problem right away. I found him to be very honest and straight to the point, not trying to fool me around like most professionals in the industry sometimes have tried to get away with making a small issue seem bigger than it is just to overcharge me. Louis showed more READY; he brought all the necessary equipment and parts needed to put my A/C back to work. He fixed my unit the same day and he was very neat and even cleaned up around after he was done. I would certainly contact Louis from USA Air Conditioning next time I have issues with the A/C in my house or any of my rental properties.

I have owned my condo for 10 years and have dealt with 3 or 4 different AC companies. After putting a lot of money into my new unit over the last 10 years I decided to get a new unit. I got a couple different estimates and decided to go with USA Air. LOUIS came to give me the estimate and he was very informative and professional, I am very pleased with him and appreciate that he said I can call him if I ever have a problem or question about my AC. The installers arrived on time and were also very professional. I am very pleased with this company and feel I have finally found an AC company I can trust. I will definitely be recommending USA Air to my neighbors and friends.

Thank you USA air duct cleaners for a great great job I called for a $59 all house package Shane the technician was here it took his time check the unit check the tax system find at the duct system and AC unit was very dirty Boyd microbial growth Bee Cleaning my coil my blower sanitize and disinfect my duct system install a purification system device my AC unit in my duct system look brand new I end up paying much more but it was very pleased I never have my system and duct cleaning cleaning before I feel a huge difference in my indoor air quality finally smells good and fresh thanks again Shane for a great fairies recommend to anybody

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Hired to clean my ac ducts, all they did was hook up a vacuum to the outside of one vent for a minute. I looked into the vent on a ladder and saw so much debris inside, asked if they could clean that out, they said I needed to sanitize the ducts for $200. Ive been having allergies so I was somewhat desperate and agreed, they sprayed a mist through the blower for a couple seconds then around the rooms. Did absolutely nothing! My ducts are still just as filthy and im out money. This company is terrible and a scam artist ripoff, DO NOT USE!

Shane came to do a whole house package. He was polite, professional and very informative. He answered all my questions and showed me the gross amount of bacteria growing in my ducts! He then explained how to remedy that and the process, stressing how dangerous the growth of mold is for everyone, including the pets in the house is. Being new to Florida, I really appreciate the time he took to explain how to do maintenance on the AC unit, including a recommendation for a better air filter! We will be scheduling the big cleaning very soon!

I was having chronic air conditioning problems at my home residence. I have had several air techs come in and diagnose the issue and there was never a resolution. After a few weeks of getting it fixed and paying an arm and leg my unit would leak and not blow cold air. Upon contacting USA Air Conditioning a tech came to the house the same day and gave my family and I the best service at an affordable price. We have retained their services ever since! after hurricane Irma came and hit south Florida i called USA air conditioning because i was having an issue with my ac unit after the power came on . they came out same day after 3 days being with out ac it was really hot when they came out they found the issue fairly quickly and fixed it for me on the spot with a very fair price im so happy i called them i love USA AIR CONDITIONING :)

Please heed all of the negative reviews with regards to this company. Their technicians are better trained at baiting and switching a client then they are at the actual air conditioning. I received a quote on the phone to do maintenance and when the technicians arrived they would not honor the agreed upon price. Do yourself a favor and contact a more reputable company.

My Ac didn’t work I called several companies Usa Ac is the only company that agreed to come for $20 service call after 7pm They fixed my unit and even cleand my ducts. I rec them to my friend at work they send roi Super nice guy he changed his unit and helpd Him with good financing program and gave him 5 yrs of service for free.

3 appointments set. 3 Last minute cancellations. Its mid blowing that a business can survive like this. I was given excuse after excuse. all 3 times driver was in "traffic" or running behind schedule. Meanwhile, I was taking time from work to wait for them to come. So my time is less valuable then theirs. No Thanks.

Called for duct cleaning service; all they did was hook up a shop vac to my main vent, neglected all of the others in the house, and left me with a $2400 quote of the things I "really needed" to do. Called and spoked to the manager, Gil, and got nowhere. Terrible company, terrible service, MAJOR RIP OFFS!
