These guys are fantastic. My family has used them for over 25 years whenever we had to transfer car titles or register new vehicles. Recently, I tried to title a vehicle for my son (an out-of state military member), trying to deal with the DMV directly, I wasted nearly 3 hours(and ultimately gave up). Universal took care of the transaction in about 10 minutes. Shows how efficient a process can be when there is a profit incentive.

I have been going here for years. In and out in minutes, even when they are busy. Friendly and professional. The location is easy to get to from my home compared to the Texas State locations. If you live in this area it is the only way to do business when you can not do it online.
