Anytime I need assistance Terri and her team are just a phone call or email away and they are quick to respond! Plus, I love the closing envelopes they give me with a hard copy and digital copy of my closing docs. They drafted poor documents with wrong amounts, dates, and typos that did not reflect the contract. The attorney would not return my calls. Later they said that they were not competent to draft seller finance documents and I should have another attorney do it Then they promised to reimburse me for what I paid another attorney to review their poorly drafted documents, but never did send the check.
