open til 7 pm, not true! As a customer in need, walking into this office after 6:30 is dangerous. The services claimed to be available as advertised are severely limited to quick paperwork, good luck with a title transfer and tag. All but one Customer Service representative was shouting out only what they wanted to complete, not what I as a customer needed which should have taken 15 - 20 minutes. . As a consumer there are many other Tag & Titles offices that want business and make a customer feel welcomed. I would not have come in had I not needed the service you claim to provide until 7pm. Sorry my transaction included people that work until 6. You have the right idea

Stopped in to Register and get tags for a new scooter, although my insurance had things a mess, Lisa ( Risa Getz) was awesome as always calling the insurance company while on the spot with me and getting every thing straightened out and taken care of!!!
