This place has horrible customer service but we always used them anyway due to location convenience. I had a small return box to drop off and just needed the lid taped shut, they said it would cost me a dollar for them to tape the lid closed. I thought it was a joke at first but they were really serious. I drove home, used about 14inches of tape then drove back. I put the box on the counter and told the lady behind the counter that I would no longer use their service. Ridiculous!

OMG!!! ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! you know what.......I had a huge review posted.......but in the end...it does no good. so rather than flaming them, ill just say this.....TERRIBLE people skills....TERRIBLE customer service on the phone. Ill drive to the other store or maybe use FEDEX. ILl pay the extra couple dollars to be treated professionally.

They will not put a piece of tape on a box for you, you have to buy a roll of tape. I ship from UPS stores in 10 states and Toronto and this has never happened to me. This is the second time they did this to me, and it will be the last. Will never use that store again. They have lost a customer for .10 cents worth of tape, go figure!

Stop sending my packages to zelienople. Even when the package is coming from the south they decide to send it to zelienople which is north of my house so I get deliveries after 6pm. Just send it to wexford you idiots.

When I have a package to return to Amazon, I just swing by with the printout of the label and a box, and they take care of packing it properly, taping it up, and shipping it out. Great customer service!
