Received Incomplete Report, no info on taxes or current back taxes, and if you do want them you have to pay more for this info, which can take up to 5 weeks. The report provide no other info that could be access through local government search for free. Asked for refund, they claimed that they gave a completed report yet stated "to fallow" on the tax info, but at a cost. Typical "bait and switch". Avoided this company. I have email transcript to show this, and how they refused to re-solve or keep there guarantee. You are only guaranteed to have your credit card charged.

This is a crooked company, I am an attorney in NY have never used an out of state Title company have no need to, my state has sufficient reputable companies. In April I was on the site of the company I normally order my title searches from when up pop ProTitle I was perturbed but I figured maybe my company is changing the name of their Title service. I continued to complete the form was billed and the company never delivered a Search until I requested that my Bank intervene. I still have not been reimbursed for their theft of my funds.

Received the initial email upon payment that title search would arrive 12-24 hours. 6 days later, after hearing/receiving nothing, I asked for reimbursement as it was too late to get any use from the search. Coincidentally, the report arrived later that day with no reply to my email, remarks and no offer to refund.

The search is already difficult so give the required info to search and get positive results. ProTitleUSA did not fail. Searching takes reasonable time and all done. Thank you ProTitleUSA. Its Better than going to take a flight trip expenses when doing search your self. I am glad ProTitleUSA helped.
