After many weeks of being told how great my case was and repeatedly that suit was to be filed the following week i decided to release their firm. After doing so a letter was sent to the defendants insurance company and myself that stated the were removing themseves from my case based on their investigation. I hope the letter was nothing more then a standard form letter however i believe its nothing more then out of spite for me taking my case from their hands. You have a better chance with a positive outcome by having a crackhead as councle. One star is to many....if you want to be ignored and treated as something that they wipe off of their shoes then this is the firm for you..Ray Charles could have seen his way threw my case....we provided video evidence of the incident. ...two months into it and they didnt know the plate number of the truck involved...(you can see it in the accident video).....wow is the cleanest expletive i have....if you are able to drive and use gps....use it to find different help!

I hired Gerson & Schwartz, PA for a personal injury/slip and fall case. I had a severe injury to my ankle that required two surgeries that left me with a plate and six screws. The insurance company was offering a ridiculously low settlement so they encouraged me to take it to court. I am thankful that they did!
