Attorney T. Kingcade is dishonest and non-responsive. We will never recommend such incompetent customer service. He briefly met with us on the first day about what our financial situation. In this brief meet, he just simply explained the possible expectations, but that he would get started in our case to gain some headway into our matter. In the process of 5 months we heard NOTHING. We would call the office and all we would receive is a message to go online to set up an appointment. We asked if there was a way to set up and appointment through the office, but somehow ALWAYS busy. At no time were we able to even meet with Mr. Kingcade or receive updates about our case. All the while still making monthly payments for services not addressed. Being the sensible matter of finances, we could no longer wait and had to find other resources (Attorney Patrick Cordero). Immediately after speaking with Attorney Cordero, we saw movement and headway into our situation. He was very informative and walked us through each and every detail of our situation. A complete difference from what Attorney Timothy Kingcade offered. We went back to have our monies returned as it had been almost 5 months without any resolution. The response was disheartening and dishonest. Stating that he was not able to return us our hard earned money, yet he had no kind of resolution to our matter in 5 months. If you want results for your home modifications, bankruptcy , etc. and great customer service; go to the Law Office of Patrick Cordero! They will give you complete attention and not avoid your calls if wanting to meet in person. DO NOT USE this man ATTORNEY TIMOTHY KINGCADE, he is a scam and waste of valuable time.

I am a happy client!!!! I walked into Mr. Tim Kingcade’s office heavy due to debt and overwhelming life circumstances. During my first consultation he gave me direct upfront guidance and information that changed my life as well as displaying empathy for the circumstances that I was facing. His team allowed me to become financial fit, I was definitely financially obese and out of shape. I looked at my experience as a “Financial Boot Camp”. This team of individuals did not allow me to sabotage myself, hence they held me accountable in turning in needed documents and explained the process over and over again to assure I understood my process. I can certainly say that this team of dedicated individuals provided me with the essential tools needed to become proficient within my personal finances in the future. My experience with Timothy S Kingcade couldn´t be better. I mean, taking the decision of filing a bankruptcy is not easy, since you must decide to start from zero again. But from day one, I felt completely safe with this office, with real professionals taking care of my case. Starting with the receptionist, every body are very friendly and patient. Jessica McMaken was in charge of my situation, and she was very straight and serious to explain me everything. She was very clear with the numbers, the fees and the times. And there were no bad surprises whatsoever. I also work with Tina, she is super professional and a totally help for me. If you email them, you will have the answer a few minutes after, and most of the times they will answer you right away, almost like in an online chat. If you call them for an appointment, they will be very sharp and respectful with the time frame, so you better be on time! So, I got the final Discharge a couple of days ago, a few days before as they told me. And as I stated before, as stressful and frustrating it is to file a bankruptcy, Timothy S Kingcade made it very simple for me. They are honest, and they treat you as a human being, not just another case. And of course, I will highly recommend the services of this office. First off if you are in his office you have a problem that is most probably very embarrassing to say the least. Mr. Kingcade fights for you and does not judge your decisions. He has made promises that I thought were totally insane but I was desperate at that minute. Not only did he do what he promised but did it with what appears such ease it’s not funny. He really is an excellent attorney. His staff is nice but will only take the lead from him. If during your problem you have a new one that pops up, you really need the boss to direct everyone in the office to take action. I read the two negative responses and thought what the heck, then keep in mind this is a bankruptcy attorney and depending on your particular problem and how deep you dug the hole you may not like what he tells you. Yes he is concerned about getting paid and rightly so, all of his customers, including me, were there to stop paying people we could not afford to pay! He is not cheap but in this case you get what you pay for!!

It is my pleasure to say Kingcade and Garcia have met and surpassed all of my expectations! From the moment I sat down with Timothy,I felt like I was his only client, like I found a sanctuary that I did not know existed. It went so fast once he got to work. I was referred by my Mother to Mr. Timothy S Kingcade. He had help her in her bankruptcy case as well with excellent outcome. I was going through a difficult financial time where my check was going to be garnished. Due to that my case need special individual attention. From Mr. Kingcade. once I presented my case to him he promised that as soon as he started working in my case that he will make all the debt collector and garnished issue will be gone. I filed bankruptcy with this office, I they had a scale of 10 I would give them a 10. Mr Kingcade himself met with us, and treated us like long time friends. The amazing thing is everything was done quick, easy, smooth and affordable ! He himself answers your emails on the spot, fast and friendly and even jokes, who does that....?? I sent others to him that had the same experience with him ! Even 3 years out I still send him emails with my own questions and he answers himself or sends me to someone that would know the answer !!! Love him !!!!! this guy almost convinced me in our first interview that he had my best interest at heart, but his actions later showed me that I had almost chosen the wrong counselor. I have been told that he only pushes one type of bankruptcy regardless of your needs so I decided to go elsewhere. When I asked for my deposit back he said, he had already worked on my file, which his staff told me would not happen until it was paid in full. So I felt like this is the type of guy that has no problem kicking you when your down, or maybe he was just short on money that week...just be careful.

MAKE SURE YOUR FEES ARE SET IN STONE. I WENT TO MR KINGCADE FOR A CHAPTER 7 AND PAID HIM $2300. AFTER GIVING HOM ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK HE THEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. ON ONE OCCASION HE DEMANDED AND EXTRA $1500! HE DID NOT SHOW UP TO THE MEETING WITH MY TRUSTEE AND ONE OF THE CREDITORS ATE ME ALIVE BECAUSE I HAD NO REPRESENTATION PRESENT. HE IS EXTREMELY RUDE TO HIS STAFF. THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR PEOPLE GOING BANKRUPT. IT IS FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN AFFORD TO KEEP PAYING THIS GUY WHICH RUNS A MILL. YOU WILL NOT GET PERSONAL ATTENTION. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
