This credit union is far better than a bank. It offers everything you need. Be a responsible customer and you get offered a lot of benefits. Security Service has helped me with low interest tuition loans. They offered me a low interest Security Service Credit Card to cover my college expenses, and their checking account rewards me with cash benefits. I love their services for checking and savings and for your convenience they offer a coin machine inside to turn your cents into dollars that you can cash out or put into any of your accounts.

Look for loans is a Great Place!! But DONT call them.. because you will be on hold for several minutes every single time you call.. You cant call the branch directly that is horrible.. I am mad.. right now.. because all i wanted to know was the lobby hours. The times are posted online but sometimes that is just the window time. Any ways.. its and OK bank.

Robert Chamberlain and Abel De-Leon are the best in the business. Very personal, and very very very helpful. Cant thank them enough. I live 300 miles away and I still bank with SSFCU and this location because they are so helpful and provide personalized attention.

Call SSFCU for some mortgage information and had to wait for 30 minutes, horrible not professional need to improve. Reason I called cause had gone by the McAllen office several time and left message to call me back and no phone calls returns.
