I have been paying for full coverage on a 2013 Mazda I3 sport. I was at the intersection of 31st street and Yale on a day that was just a downpour. The water on the road was to high and got into my engine via air filter. I had my car towed to my mechanic and he felt my car was totaled. After no less than a dozen calls they sent an adjuster within two weeks of sitting in my mechanics garage. The adjuster felt that it could be repaired and they said they want a 2nd opinion. I paid to have it towed again but this time to the Mazda dealership and this was after confirming with casualty corp that this is where it should be sent for a 2nd opinion. Mazda said its toast and the price to fix it is about what the blue book value of the vehicle is. Casualty Corp then passes me around for about another 2 weeks almost till i could get an answer. Now they want to send me about 15% of the estimated cost to fix it. There excuse?? They feel it can be fixed much cheaper. I said well i am paying to have it towed around and i got the 2nd opinion like you guys asked. They said i was not suppose to get that 2nd opinion and they do not know where i should have it towed though its up to me to find someone that will do it for 15% of the cost that two different mechanics quoted. I did my part. I paid my insurance monthly. I called and stayed on top of everything i have been polite and yet i am getting screwed. How does a place like this stay in business? I suspect they have lawsuits coming out there ears.

THIS COMPANY OWNED AND OPERATED TREY DEAN IS A JOKE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IN ANY WAY AND SEND THE SAME AJUSTER MR FINNLEY! I HAVE FINALY HAD ENOUGH AND REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB AND TO THE INSURANCE COMMISIONER OF OKC !! I AM ALSO ASKING ANYBODY WHO HAS OR FEELS THAT THIS COMPANY HAS WRONGED YOU PLEASE REPORT THEM WE HAVE RIGHTS AS CONSUMERS TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT!! TREY IS RUDE AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND THAT IS SO SAD BECAUSE HE IS ALSO AN ATURNEY THAT WOULD MAKE YOU THINK HE HAS SOME KIND OF EDUCATION!!! THAT BEEING SAID DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE THE WORST ONLY LADIES THAT ARE PROFETIONALS ARE THE ONES THAT ANSWERE THE PHONES OTHER THAN THAT NO RESPECT OR PROFESSIONALISOM!!! SO MY HOME OWNERS INSURANCE WAS SOPOST TO PROTECT MY HOME IT DIDNT PROTECT ME OR MY HOME !!!!!!!!!!!

Worst insurance company EVER! They took over 30 dollars more of what they were supposed to out of my account because they didnt send their paper work in right. Then they acted like its no big deal and that they were just gonna put it on my account to make my monthly payments lower, i told them no. I want my money. Its not my fault that you didnt finish my paper work. So they are now sending me a check.... With barely over half of what they owe me and i dont even get it for a week because they cant fix their mistakes by putting the money back from the card they took it from. So now somehow.... Im paying 4 dollars more on my insurance every month???? And i get to miss work because you took my gas money? Great job Casualty Corporation of America.

BEWARE!! DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING!! Sad I even have to leave 1 star review. I work in the finance industry and will never in my life send anyone to these people again. After 8 years my insurance company went out of business so I decided to try the place I usually send my customers but this place has 0 customer service skills. They will happily cancel your service without trying to save you as a customer and they are super rude. We agreed on one thing and then I get my 1st bill and its nowhere near what we agreed on. Also so everyone knows the big 1st payment you make is not for your 1st months insurance it is just a down payment!! Do not go here not matter what!

This is a fly by night company. I asked MR. Trey Dean if he cared about his net promoter score (How likely would you recommend Casualty Corp to a friend or family member?) he did not know what that was. He does not care about customers or communication. It took 4 weeks to process my claim and not one person from their office contacted me to explain or instruct me on how to proceed. I will not renew my policy. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I would not be surprised to wake up tomorrow and find out this company went belly up.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am almost 37 years old and submitted my first claim...ever. I was not at fault. I ended up stranded out in the panhandle of Oklahoma for three days due to my insurance company not having an emergency number for nights or weekends. I have sent countless emails and placed at least 30 calls...nothing is resolved. They could care less about their customers. Due to this experience, I will be filing a formal complaint with the insurance commission.

the rudest group of people we have EVER worked with. trey is the worst. wow, and again the rudest most unprofessional people we have EVER had to work with. alan findley the adjuster is rude as rude comes. how these people stay in business is beyond me.
