I had received my insurance renewal from my provider, and my rates had gone up so I ask some of my collogues at work who their insurance agent, and the name of the company was, and four of them said “John Austin Tatum At Tatum Insurance, while all the others had other providers who each one was different. When I asked them why they chose John Austin Tatum @Tatum insurance, they all said, “He’s got several insurance companies he writes policies with so you have better options for better rates, and his customer service is awesome”. I had decided to go to meet John Austin Tatum to see what he could do for my situation. When I walked in to his Agency, the office looked great, several people in the lobby, and John, greeting every person that walked through that door. While waiting for him, I began conversation with some of the customers in the lobby to see who they were with, and everyone in the lobby mentioned John’s name. They were all going back to renew, and I asked some if they had shopped around, and they said….”No reason to because he has several insurance companies he deals with and he has always taken good care of us”. So here I am now eight years later, and I am like one of those people that keeps going back to him, because his customer service is SECOND TO NONE….. So I too became a loyal customer and I tell you “if you are shopping around for better rates…..STOP…..THIS IS THE PLACE, and John Austin Tatum @ Tatum Insurance is your GO TO AGENT…. I Highly Recommend John And Lisa Tatum!!!! John willingly takes the time to find me great deals when the insurance companies rates go up on renewal, and I trust him. We have our house, our three cars, and rent house, simply because I trust both John and Lisa with my insurance needs, and have no need for shopping anywhere else. Thank you John and Lisa for you hard work, your dedication, and most of all for you Friendship for the years we have been with you. Keep Up The Good Work...., and Thank you!!!!!!
