This is the worst I can imagine . The girl at the front desk is the Doughter or at least a relative of the family of the attorney for real estate and evictions in the same building 1930 wilshire Blvd. Mr Jacob O Partiyeli. Now I do understand why in my case all was going wrong or things were just without any good reason not working out or I was pushed very close to deadlines to loose the case .... as my dear Landlord was the client and still is of Mr Partyeli but I’m client of Eviction defense network where his doughter is at the front desk and works aswell in the function as personal assistant who takes care of the mailings , court dates, etc etc . I almost lost my case just out of a random coincidence I ohne out about this I would call interest conflict, as the same attorney can’t represent both sides out of very good reason as he might mislead one side most likely to fail at court of course and this is why it’s not allowed by law. It’s almost the same but there isn’t a law maybe , to have a family member in the defendants attorneys office working . I’m so disgusted , I can’t believe at all that no one else has figured that, but advertising to help those in need and other empty words. Probably the girl what’s his doughter gives him info or is the landlord wants services the gets info about the tenant and forwards it to her father who can very easy win then a case. And so as you pay eviction defense network always , you help the network has a win and then now even her father/ relative for at least 750$ to 1500$. Great system , to cheat on clients or push some into failing at court. As in my case it’s clear, where I didn’t even recieve certain mail and then suddenly the trail date was set , and other things on a funny way went wrong , this was not random all at all , also this situation with father doughter working in each other’s effort most likely by working in the same building but different law firms, but even each other perfectly matching fields, one tenant sided and the other one rather going with the landlords matter . So bad someone or I should report this to get investigated !

this organization is HORRIBLE!! Hired them to represent me and I ended up representing them! They had no clue what was going when we went to court. Each day was a different attorney completely unfamiliar with my case. I had to remind them of court dates, deadlines and details of my case. They did not file the proper documentation. I also requested a trial with a jury, they submitted docs for a trial without a jury. They did absolutely no discovery. They had no witness list. They did not file the proper motion. They failed to submit my appeal. They failed to provide me updates or communicate the status of my case. Needless to say, I koat my case, lost my property and lost a lot of money because of their incompetence. I asked for copies of my file and waited over a month to get a call to tell me my file was ready for pick up..i never received the call. I had to personally show up to their dirty, scrungy office to request my file. waited an hour and got two stacks of paper in a paperclip completely disorganized with documents upside down and right side up. I will be filing a formal complaint with the ABA and a civil lawsuit against this firm for malpractice. DO NOT go to these people. They are worthless. They take peoples money and then bargain with opposibg counsel to end the xase quickly... and end up short changing their own clients. i was a witness to their way of operating in court for three months, and can tell you they are horrible. So disgusted with their unprofessionalism.

First the main lawyer is very disrespectful. The waiting room is very unkept and most of her helpers are very rude. I see why bwcause the main lawyer is mean. Second, she gives this lecture to grown ass people as if they are kids. She states that they are income based but then turns to charge you an arm and leg. One paralegal even says oh we are income based but that is fir the little old lady. Oh like no one else can have income issues. The lady I was working with told me tht Wed. was the last day for me to come in and back peddles on our conversation. They say they want to help but they are also greedy. If you choose this place go at your own risks. By the way, they blame everyone that makes comments about there practice.

I give the 5 stars to Sean Chantra, excellent lawyer. I just meet him the same day of my trial and he manage the situation really really good!!. I had not an easy case, actually nothing was on my favor. Sean Chantra as a great professional, got the case close the way I was expecting.
