First time home owners - After speaking to a number of aggressive Mortgage companies we decided to go with Daniel Haney of Medford Mortgage. He was knowledgeable and up front about everything we needed to know and worked with us to make sure we understood the process not to mention getting us a great rate. Even when our closing was moved into a new calendar year Dan stuck with it and made sure we had everything we needed when we needed it. Dan communicated with our lawyer and buying agent as well keeping everyone in the loop; details as first time buyers we would not have known to do. Dan made the process extremely easy and comfortable for us and was very professional throughout. I would recommend Dan and Medford Mortgage to anyone I know in need of these services without hesitation. My family and I are now spending the first month in our new home thanks to Dan’s assistance and effort and I could not be happier with my experience in dealing with Medford. Great company, great service!

Dan from Medford was outstanding throughout the entire process! He promised a refinance closing in 3 weeks, and he delivered. I got sizable credits towards my closing costs as well, though this amount will vary from deal to deal/client to client (I did have a an excellent credit score etc). Most of my friends took much longer to process their mortgages. I received personalized service, and felt like I could trust Dan the CEO. I have recommended Dan to several of my friends, and will work with him again in the future for all my refinance or mortgage needs. I highly recommend Dan and his company!
