Karen Orr and Christina Bradshaw (The Loan Ladies) helped me get my house and made my loan process super easy. I was even using the dreaded VA loan in the absolute sellers market of 2017. Karen reached out to the listing agent of the house and actually ensured them that the loan would not cost the sellers any more than a conventional loan, and that the loan would close within a reasonable time. All the paperwork I went through was super straight forward and everything was signed online, making it very convenient. Karen and Christina were both very reachable throughout the process, and they kept me informed all the time. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you for your help!
