I have never had a worse experience with a law firm than this one. They took way too long to settle, I received much less than the percentage they told me I would receive. My medical bills were not fully paid and referred to collections and posted on my credit report as unpaid. After specifically requesting to be called when the meager check was finally available to pick up, it was mailed to my old address where the landlord destroyed it. If you call and ask to speak to a live person instead of a machine you will continually be transferred to voice mail because no one ever answers the phone. It took over 3 weeks to get the check when I was told it would be available within 10 days at the most. Then I had to have them cancel the first check and issue me another. I would not recommend this firm to anyone, anytime, anywhere. This firm should never be allowed to practice law and take clients.

I cannot recommend this firm enough. Chris Fletcher represented me and my experience was great from start to finish. Chris was honest, accessible, and easy to talk to. His paralegal, Stephanie Quinn, was also incredibly helpful along the way, making sure to stay in contact with me and keeping me updated on all the details I needed to know, even though I can sometimes be difficult to get in touch with. I felt like they always had my best interest in mind and that my case was in good hands. The outcome of my case ended up being even better than I expected. Simmons and Fletcher helped us from start to finish. After being hit we were unable to see a doctor and they got us to a doctor right after our first visit. As our case progressed they were with us in each part of the process and always told us the truth no matter if the information was good or bad. For us we wanted to be treated fairly not only by our attorney, but by the other side also and Chris Fletcher made sure that is what happened. Chris took very good care of us and his entire office was OUTSTANDING! Do not go anywhere else use Simmons and Fletcher; they are what they say they are.

I made an appointment a day after my accident and met with their paralegal. She explained every little thing to me about the process and did not make me feel pressure to do anything that I was not sure about. After the process started she would call and keep me updated with the whole case and if I called her she would call back within 24 hours! All the other staff that I came into contact with were very nice and helpful as well. I hope I never get into an accident again but if I do I will definitely be contacting Simmons and Fletcher again!

A day later Keith Fletcher met me at STICU at Memorial Herman . We interviewed and went down to look in on my wife . We could not talk to her because she was on a ventilator . After that, the whole case was handled very professionally. Case was settled out of court but was documented to go to trial.
